Good place to stay
Good location and easy parking. The 7 Diner worth visiting - really nice food. Friendly and helpful staff. Room ok too. Tiny shower cabin.

Good stay and value for money
Single room is small but adequate, shower is good. Breakfast was very good and service excellent.

on the more expensive end, ghe room itself was tiny and in need of a fresh lick of paint. however the room was otherwise clean, a litfle dusty in olaces but the bed, bed dressing etc were spotless...abd that mattered a lot. batroom was also clean. staff were approachable, 10/10 for customer service. there were refurbishment works going on in the diner when i checked in at 2pm and staff told me about that. noise was as can be expected of such work but nothing too disruptive...and by 3pm it had all been wraped up. a pleasant night thst was comfortable. in room wifi was hit and miss on my phone. one end of tue tiny room had great wifi sigbal, the other had none. my laptop however was able to hold the signal. wifi was free as was parking... this is why i booked at this hotel. as a bonus, there is secure gated parking in addition to the off road parking. the gated parking gets locked at 11pm. and reopened at 6am. i value this added security and would recommend this to anyone who needs it. id recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place for the night. i didnt have the chance fo try the food at the diner but hope to do so at a futire visit.

Arrived at 21.40, bar closed at 22.00. room cold despite radiator being on max, bathroom unbearably hot! As with other budget hotels why are the tops of the curtains always covered in dust?

Nice place, shame about the other guests
We had travelled to the area to attend a funeral and checked in after a long, tiring day. We were welcomed by members of staff in a polite and friendly manner. Our room was clean, comfortable and suitable for our needs. Unfortunately our experience from then on became very disappointing. Other guests which appeared to be either friends or family occupying several rooms had no consideration for others who like us, just wanted to get a good nights rest. They were up and down the corridors, talking loudly and moving from room to room well after midnight. From some of the conversations between them it was evident in some cases excess alcohol was a contributing factor to the inconsideration of fellow guest. Whilst I appreciate the staff aren’t responsible for people’s behaviour, I do feel intervention would have been appropriate. These people were in my opinion in breach of the peace and would have been justified in calling the police. Sadly our stay was ruined by the inconsiderate behaviour of others.

Music to your ears
Well located small hotel near M25 Kent with the amazing added bonus of an American diner and live music nights! Rooms are small but modern and beds very comfortable, other restaurants and amenities near by also. Excellent staff very friendly. Good for quick overnight stay.

7 Ok near Sevenoaks
First of all it's not in Sevenoaks. This is the second place I booked advertised as Sevenoaks that wasn't. My main gripe about this stay was lack of light in the room & car park. Take a Davey lamp until March comes around. The diner food was dear for what you got but the milkshake was good.

Our check in procedure is to explain to guests how the room card works, all cards open the main door, room door and once put into the slot on the wall activates the lights,this is standard procedure in most hotels. It seems you were not told this so apologies , As our desk is staffed 24 hours if you had contacted a member of our team they would of quickly been able to help you.

It had a real American feel, the staff were very friendly, rooms were OK. Shower had black mould round the cubicle, which let the room down .. £109 room only A little over priced

NOT a family room.
We were staying in a family room that was advertised for 4 people. When we arrived the staff were friendly at greeting us and told us the times of the restaurant and bar etc. They told us there was a ‘pull out’ bed for the 4th person. When we got to the room we found out there were only 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a ‘bed’ you would probably class as a fishing bed. Went down stairs for a couple of drinks in the restaurant/bar area which was very nice. Went back to the room to rest for the night and waking up on the morning to found that my partner had to sleep in the floor all night because the ‘pull out bed’ (fishing bed) was impossible to sleep on. Every time he moved a muscle it made a noise and couldn’t get comfortable as it was so dipped in the middle. Overall experience was unfortunately terrible.

All our family rooms have a double bed and a single bed and is advertised as such. If guests require an additional bed instead of a room we can only offer small z beds. On the most part these beds are used for children not adults.

Very small double room and poor quality breakfast Stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend. Rooms are very small and could do with updating. Ordered breakfast in the diner on the first morning. Ordered pancakes with yogurt and blueberries. The pancakes were covered in a generous amount of blueberries but unfortunately the blueberries were old and out of a freezer. I complained and they returned with half the amount of fresh blueberries. the pancakes were also not freshly made and under cooked , I am guessing warmed up again. On paying no apology was made , so needless to say we did not eat there on the second morning.

Stayed for one night as had a party in a local village. Rooms above an American diner. Large car park easy to find. Staff welcoming and the single room was clean and comfortable. The diner provides typical food for diner and breakfast but I did not use these facilities.

7 hotel diner.
Very welcoming reception staff and only too happy to help. Place clean and tidy bed a tad on the bouncy side but still slept well. Would stay here again.
