I was quoted 189 for a room for 2 adults 3 Children. Upon check in . I paid 286 and then a second time for 75 dollars in total of 361. And with no explanation. The receptionist was also not very welcoming and looked forced to be at work today. Not worth the stay

I appreciate that there is no extra charge for parking. We love having two rooms with a door in between so some can stay up later than others and not keep them awake. Our family lives nearby and they liked it so much. Their 13-year-old daughter is having her sleepover birthday party there! Of course, the full breakfast and evening reception are a big hit!

We always bring cleaning wipes, check the beds ect. After our wipe down before we got settled in. We found the room to be very well cleaned by the staff. The only complaint was from the kids that breakfast ended to early.

I was not aware we had to pay for parking so that was an unexpected extra charge but the breakfast was great, even though we were next to the laundry room we didnt hear anyone outside our room. Front desk was very kind.

We normally have an excellent time here. Today was weird. Multiple staff were rude/annoyed by us. We had been told to call day of check in to request a ground floor room and a pack and play for our youngest. The person we talked to on the phone was great. Showed up and they had us on the fourth floor and no pack and play. We asked to move down to the ground floor and they accommodated but seemed frustrated with us and then told us the pack and play would be dropped off in 3-4 hours. Way after a 1 year old goes to bed and when my wife went to recheck on timing they were pretty rude to her about it. Then we used a gift certificate in the bar and the bar tender seemed mad we were using it. We still tipped him normally but not sure what his deal was. We stay here 1-2 times a year and normally have a great stay. The staff has always been excellent up until today. Not sure if there was a change in management or something else going on. Will be back again but if things are the same it will likely be our last stay.

The room was nice and comfortable, it is no where near much of anything though, I thought it was closer. Staff was not great at check in, I arrived at 2:30 which was early but most places can get you in, they were going to charge me $25 for early check in but I just was told to come back, I went with my whole family and we came back an hour later and I was told my room still wasnt ready at 3:30, we waited a bit longer and they said they moved me to a different room. Breakfast they close right at 9am, my fault, I didnt realize. Got my kids all food and they closed the doors on me, not the greatest experience, will look for another hotel next time.

The night staff was not very helpful, they seems a little annoyed when we checked in maybe because they were tired. We were not sure if we left our car keys there and I had called to check if it was returned to the front desk. When I called to check I was told I would get a call back but no one called, so I called them back and was told they will call me back. They never called back, so I called again to check on if keys were found or turned in and the gentleman who answered said " oh yea we didn't find any keys and no keys were turned in". When I asked why didn't they call to let me know he said I would assume that since I didn't get a call that meant no keys were found or returned.

I loved everything about this hotel including the happy hour where we received tickets for free drinks. It was convenient to have a restaurant and bar onsite and free breakfast. The only issue I ran into my bathroom already garbage in it someone’s contact lens’s and they left 1 Kleenex in the box lol

I was over charged for my room by 84.00 with an additional 75.00 charge on top of that. Then they had a huge group of people being very loud and keeping my kids up cause they couldn’t fall asleep due to all the noise from the bar area in the atrium.

The hotel was great. NOT one single person that worked there was friendly. The person we checked in with, the bartender to ask where we would eat, the staff in the morning for breakfast..didn’t run in to once nice friendly person in this hotel. The hotel is clean, nice and has great accommodations. The staff not so much.

I have stayed at many Embassy Hilton Suites and this one was not my favorite. The room was/felt dirty. Found a plastic dish and food in it under the couch, the carpet is old and dirty (have no idea when it was last shampooed) also was tearing apart. Had no remote for front TV and took front desk over an hour to get one up to me. I felt very uncomfortable in the room.

When i stayed last time in Oct 2023, we arrived at 2 am and had no issue with “door opening” or welcoming from staff. When we arrived at 10:30 pm on 2/16/24, I didn’t realize the door wouldn’t open, so when the first door slid open for me, i assumed the second one woul do the same, especially, when i nudged it, it seemed like it was more faulty than locked. I pushed it opened because dude behind the desk didn’t care to come out to ask “hey, are you guest?” Or “checking in?” He just sat there, looking annoyed and pissed because I shouldn’t have known the door was to be locked and not be forced open. I did not care for his attitude especially he didn’t bother asking “hey, are those kids at the door yours?” to open the door for them but waited for my kids to force the door to open and acted annoyed again. When i asked if it’s ok to put the tag on the car in the morning, in October, we were told it’d be ok, but advisable to do it asap, instead, his attitude was flippant and rude “you can will get towed if you don’t do it now.” If you hate your job, quit. Don’t ruin a vacation for others who worked hard to be here, who liked the experience they had the time before enough to come back. I never stayed twice at any hotel because i like to experience different settings and thanks to you, this will be our last.

Had a weekend getaway here to swim and hot tub. Both were wonderful, and open til late. Rooms were large and comfortable. Food onsite, free breakfast, and plenty of delivery options nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will gladly return here!

The property wasn’t bad, but I was turned off because there was an employee cooking my omelette that kept wiping her nose with one hand that didn’t have a glove. I asked her if she could put a glove on because she wiped her nose and she told me she would use the other hand that had a glove. I felt it was unsanitary because she was using both hands to cook.

Liked pool and included breakfast. Didn’t like that the door to the balcony in our 5th floor room was broken and didn’t lock. Felt unsafe as we were traveling with a toddler. Also didn’t like that our room smelled like the food that was being served at the event downstairs

We have stayed here many times and it has always been good. They did shut down the breakfast / wasn’t available at 9:30 am when we were there on a weekend, which was supposed to go until 10:30 am. But overall good experience for a good price.
