Beautiful hotel. Very clean and quiet comfortable beds but pillows are too soft and flat.

Staff gave us a room by the elevator which we could hear running all night long. They made us sign a waiver before checking in that said there will be elevator noise and we can't complain about it. Had we known about this when we booked, we would've booked elsewhere. Staff said they had no way to notify us of the room inconvenience prior to checking in since we used Expedia to book.

Property was dirty due to some remodeling that was not cleaned up afterwards Shower slider had parts fall off when I opened up the door It’s directly across from the interstate and can get loud

The front desk was very welcoming and the lobby was warm and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If in the area again I would stay again, no question!

Staff were all terrific, great location very near airport, plenty of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Room temp was difficult to get to desired temp- too hot or too cold, carpets seriously need updating.

Were very pleased with the facility though it was noisy being by the thruway. The girls that ran the breakfast were wonderful, they prepared a wonderful breakfast and were right there to address any issues.

Hotel recently redone and everything was lovely . Room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed Front desk was super easy upon check- in and we even received a take away bread we left early

The lady at the front desk upon my arrival was a delight. She was friendly, polite, ever so helpful. If I was basing my stay on her it was perfect. However, the following morning the previous nights people were hanging around the front desk and NOT THE SLIGHTEST friendly including the lady running the buffet.

Couldn't sleep due to noise level from highway
When I checked in, I asked for a quiet room away from the highway, but clerk said that system wouldn't let her because room was booked through Hotels.com. However, the clerk at check out disputed this and in fact had first asked me why I didn't request a new room (that's when I explained that I had). After my wife and I were awake for a long time and not being able to sleep due to noise, we gave up and checked out at 4:00 am- definitely not what I expected. This hotel is in dire need of soundproofing.

Nice Hotel
We love Hampton Inns. They do a nice job of updating their hotels. Staff is always friendly, check in and parking easy and rooms are big and comfortable. The fact that they are dog friendly is a super plus. We had a first floor room with a lake view and breakfast was good. Nice hotel
