Buen recuerdo en Santorini
Todo fue muy bien, en la recepción nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos, las instalaciones estaban bastante bien, lo único que faltaban eran cajones para poder guardar las cosas. La habitación muy bonita.

Service, propreté, accueil irréprochables ! Notre chambre était très agréable et dépaysante. Belle terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur piscine : top ! Plage, restaurants, bars, arrêt de bus à 50 m : idéalement situé. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation.

Satisfait de cet hotel, bien placer à 2mn de la plage, tres jolie, personnel/gerant/proprio tres sympa et serviable. Cadre magnifique même si quelques petits hics... eau chaude aleatoire, la chambre etait plus petit et mois "original" qu'on l'esperait, petit dej assez cher pour ce que c'etait. Autrement, on recommande vivement.

Hotel molto bello e pulito con personale accogliente e sempre disponibile. È vicinissimo alla spiaggia e dispone sia di una piccola che di una grande piscina con vasca idromassaggio dove potersi rilassare. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort (aria condizionata, tv, frigo, bollitore, ecc...). Assolutamente da consigliare!!!!

We are very disappointed in our choice staying in this hotel. It is in a great location but clearly not the best hotel and may be over-rated. We stayed in one of the out buildings that has loft rooms, and there is no place comfortable to sit, the shower did not drain, wifi was poor at best, lighting was bad, and we had to unplug lamps to plug in chargers for phones the first room had no shutter on one window, mold on the wall , and needed paint. I have a hunch there may be better rooms on the property but we were given the worst, and they did not look very busy. Our towels were not white, soft, or very thick and just left in a pile on the counter. We opted out of Hotel breakfast as it was expensive for a couple and 1-km away were nice beach restaurants with fresh food. Only hotel in 30 days that did not have Breakfast included. We booked via an Expedia which is a bad choice in most cases in my estimation. That backed us in a corner for negotiations because payment is via Expedia. This is the only hotel in 30 nights that made us prepay 30 days early. I feel certain but cannot prove it that it said on Expedia no payment until check out and that was the primary reason to use Expedia. Shame on Expedia for allowing this to continue, we were told the hotel was heavily booked, but we did not see the people, except for a tour group that showed up on night 3. We asked to be moved from our loft room and the office was cordial about it and actually gave us a choice o

Hotel is close to the beach. Staff is friendly, room was clean and spacious. Although I would not recommend staying in Perivolos if you're going to Santorini.

Limpieza pésima
La limpieza de la habitación era pésima, con suerte nos hacían la cama, porque el baño tenía las mismas manchas de un día para otro, no lavaban los vasos, y la ducha perdía agua, aunque avisamos de ello al responsable. El desayuno muy pobre, poca variedad, y zumo de jarabe. La ubicación, al lado de la playa de Perivolos es buena, las piscinas son agradables, pero tanto el servicio de limpieza como el mantenimiento del hotel dejaron mucho que desear.

Albergo confortevole a due passi dal mare
La struttura si trova in un punto strategico dell'isola, a due minuti da una delle spiagge più belle, dove si ha la possibilità di avere lettini ed ombrellone gratis, ed offre qualità e confort. Il personale è gentilissimo è sempre disponibile. Pulizia, ottima colazione e ottimo servizio a bordo piscina! Lo consigliamo assolutamente!

Hôtel reposant et accueillant, proche de la plage
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel dans lequel nous avons passés un séjour très agréable. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour satisfaire les demandes des clients, l'un des membres du personnel parle d'ailleurs le français. La chambre était simple mais très fonctionnelle grâce à son petit frigo ou son étendoir pour le linge qui permet de faire sécher les maillots. L'espace piscine est très charmant.

Tranquillo e grazioso albergo vicino alla spiaggia
Esperienza molto positiva, la consiglierei ad amici in cerca di un'ottima location ricca di quiete e molto comoda per la spiaggia. Vicino anche ad un piccolo supermarket. Pulizia buona e gentilissimi e disponibili i proprietari.

Poor breakfast,dirty floor in room,shocking bathroom,false staff and owner,even the locals say no one ever stays here again, this was my 9th year in Santorini stay away from here, we have a baby and the owner would not let us stay in hotel at the day of our late flight he wanted £80 the pool is good the hotel is right on a dangerous main road,the beach is 5 mins always but it's best to stay in Perissa which is 30 min walk away where the real top resturants and chill out beach bars are,this hotel is situated on the main road off the beach the area where the young party goers spend all day and night.... Trust me I know this amazing island better than any where the best hotels are Veggera,anastasia princess,kouros village,meltami all in Perissa and 2/5 mins walking to beach and best chill bars and resturants,veggera is on the beach!!! We are a family and every year hire a quad bike from Mikes bikes great family and safe way to view the whole island, once you visit this island you will keep coming back as long as you avoid this hotel which really is called iliada not Odysseas for some reason is all in the same grounds sharing the same reception,staff,rubbish breakfasts,same owner £££,we never write reviews but we felt we needed to help travellers ... If your a young couple who love partying this place is ok for you,if your elderly or family stay away hence it not advertised with travel companies, something not quite right here ?? 0 for atmosphere Sorry.

Basic but convenient to the beach and restaurants
Pool and surroundings really good, owners and staff really nice and friendly, good location being close to the beach and bars and restaurants, let down a bit by the room which turned out to be a bit too basic for us, lacked likes of kettle and hob but there was a fridge

Complesso nuovo molto carino e accogliente. Camere spaziose e letto confortevole; belle e ben tenute le piscine. Ottima la posizione, a due passi dal mare e dai ristoranti. Ottima anche l'opportunità di poter usufruire gratuitamente di ombrelloni e sdraio in un lido vicino. Pulizia (anche se un po' approssimativa) e cambio biancheria giornalieri. Una nota negativa per la colazione, scarna, poco curata, con prodotti surgelati e, soprattutto, insufficiente per tutti gli ospiti.

You can find better.
This hotel needs some more attention. It's location is not far from the beach, but it's not on the beach. The rooms have no view and the air conditioning can not be adjusted. Just on or off. Too cold or too warm. Breakfast is sub standard.

Dear Guest, we are very sorry to hear that you didn't find anything to like to our hotel. Our hotel is 100 m. from the beach and not in front of the beach and it is clearly mentioned to all online web. A/c is on/off from the switch which is clearly mentioned to all online web and from reception we can regulate according guests will (of course when guest let us know). Your package include continental breakfast and instead you were served continental breakfast plus a variety of homemade greek products like feta cheese, olives, dry tomatoes, bougatsa, cheesepie, spinach pie and many others. We always take criticism as a tool to improve our service when this criticism is constructive. We care a lot about our customers and we want them to have the best experience possible in our beautiful island. We hope to had a pleasant return home and hope you will come back again in a happier mood so that you can enjoy the most of our hotel like all our other guests. best regards

Clean, new and close to the beach
New hotel with great pool at 5 min walk to the black beach. Very convenient to take the local bus to Fira. Hotel staff making their best to help you. Breakfast is standard with what you can expect in Greece.

Siisti perhehotelli. Aamiainen tosin välttävä, huone oli melko iso ja siisti. Rauhallinen sijainti lähellä rantaa (400m) ja bussipysäkkiä josta pääsi hyvin Firaan.

Ein Hotel in Strandnähe, praktisch für alle, die wenig Zeit in ihrem Zimmer verbringen wollen und stattdessen die Insel erkunden. Für santorinische Verhältnisse ein noch akzeptables Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, dennoch (selbst in den "Suiten" weit entfernt von deutschen Standards (v.a. die sanitären Einrichtungen und die Ausstattung/Sauberkeit des Zimmer)! Frühstück genießbar, aber kein Genuss.

Posizione eccellente,tutto quello che serve
Accanto alla spiaggia più bella di Santorini,hotel grazioso cui non manca nulla. Proprietario gentile e accorto,colazione buona. Peccato per il bagno che con poche accortezze in più renderebbe tutto perfetto (manca una mensola per poggiare spazzolino,dentifricio,beauty-case ecc).

Hotel a pochi passi dal mare
Perivolos non è certo animata quanto Thira o Oia, quindi offre la tranquillità di cui avevamo bisogno ed abbiamo scelto questo grazioso hotel basandoci anche sui feedback dei clienti e devo dire che tutto è stato rispettato. Siamo arrivati intorno alle 13.00, ma nonostante il check-in anticipato comportasse un supplemento, ci hanno comunicato che ciò non era dovuto. Il personale è veramente gentile e disponibile, c'è anche un collaboratore che parla italiano e che ci ha aiutato con la lingua. La camera è spaziosa e pulita, magari un po' spartana, ma sicuramente in linea con le nostre esigenze, anche se poco insonorizzata rispetto a quelle vicine. Essendo un bad&breakfast dovevamo arrangiarci per poter mangiare, ma i locali non mancano soprattutto sul lungomare verso Perissa a costi ragionevoli. La colazione di tipo continentale, potrebbe essere arricchita ad esempio con frutta fresca. Piscina poco frequentata, per poter passare una giornata in alternativa alla spiaggia, la quale dista circa 150 metri, con ombrelloni e sdraio gratuiti. Per visitare Santorini abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter, secondo noi la scelta più giusta, e anche qui il personale dell'hotel ci ha aiutato, chiamando direttamente il noleggiatore il quale ci è venuto a prendere per portarci nel suo esercizio. Comunque esiste un sevizio di pullman locali molto efficiente.

Budget Hotel in Perivolo
My husband and I plus several other wedding guests stayed at this hotel for its location near the restaurant of the wedding reception and of course the beach. We were warmly received upon arrival and shown to our room which had an aircon and very much appreciated considering the heat. This hotel is a fairly new (in its second season), basic but clean. The room contains a fridge but no coffee making facility and the bathroom comes with a shower. For those in need of a swimming pool, there is a lovely pool with jacuzzi pool included. Breakfast is served in an airy room by the pool. Any requests were promptly met by the friendly staff.

What a perfect place to enjoy Perivolos and Santorini! The service was fantastic as they allowed us an early check in and brought us coffee and croissants! Our daughter loved the beautiful pool and we were really able to relax. The beach is literally around the corner and there are amazing places to eat all along the walkway. We highly recommend this clean, comfortable, beautiful place!

The hotel is run by a family who is excellent in everything they do. Warm smiles, hospitality, warm breakfast by the pool. Beautiful pool and mountain view. Nice and new rooms. Prompt and generous service. Thank you!

Spacious rooms, great location
We had a clean, spacious two-level room with the bedroom upstairs. The decor was minimalist and serene. The hotel staff were all very friendly and the owner was super helpful (I was passing through Santorini on my way to other islands and they went out of their way to store a bag for me for a week before my stay). The pool was nice and clean, although there was no shade, as the hotel is new and they were still completing the outdoor lounge areas when we stayed there. Really close to Perivolos and Perissa beach, bars, restaurants, car/bike/quad rentals, supermarket. Includes free sun beds on the beach from one of the nearby restaurants. Good wifi connection. Really great value for the money you pay.

Beautiful hotel in quiet area
Had a great time and the staff were excellent, very helpful. Close to the beach and restaurants. Would happily stay there again
