Dear Angel,Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel and our services.We are very much proud to have host you and your company at our establishment, and that our services left you satiated.We would like to take a moment and provide some useful feedback to anyone reading the above review.No hotel matches the same amount of sun loungers with their residences, it’s not something feasible to do.Moreover, if there were any free remaining space around the pool area, where we could utilise extra sun beds, we would have definitely be the first to make use of it.Regarding the bar purchase and the detailed receipt you have requested, unfortunately our PMS provides a brief analysis on the purchases made by day & time, but not an item breakdown.Nevertheless, we are able to look into each one of the receipts individually in case a guest wishes to, but that has to be requested prior to departure as it has to be printed by a different operating system.Our colleague clearly recalls that upon check-out, she was willing to go through each receipt, but you replied that "it is not necessary".
