Dear Paul,We are truly disheartened to read, that our hotel did not meet your expectations.Given that you decided to rate without a comment, it is not so helpful for us as we are continuously striving for improvement and only constructive feedback from our guests can give us the chance to improve our standards and services. Although, because we would like to know why, we have asked the reception team to explain us if something happened during your stay, so that we can deliver you a better experience next time. The reception staff informed us that you asked to have a coffee at 5 o'clock in the morning and they explained to you that the reception is closed at that time. Your reaction was to blackmail the staff with a bad review.First of all, we believe that you had booked our hotel only for 1 night, because your departure was at 5 o'clock in the morning and our hotel is affordable. We would like to strongly highlight that the descriptions of hotel are very accurate and we pay extra attention to those, as we want our guests to have a very detailed idea of what we offer and all this information is accessible, by all potential guests. It is clearly stated that Hotel Leta does not offer kitchen facilities that's why we don't offer breakfast and we do not operate a 24-hour reception. So, you were aware regarding all these details before your booking, and we think that this review is more of a punishment because finally you did not get your coffee at 5 o clock in the morning, instead of relaxing and enjoying your day in our property. We hope the next time you travel and look for accommodation, please remember to check if the descriptions of the property meet your requirements so that you can enjoy your stay more and not be unfair with your rating.Warmest Regards,

''Hotel Leta'' has a Maintenance dpt. in order to fix any issues.Every day our Housekeeping department is responsible not only for the rooms but also for the whole hotel’s cleanliness. Hygiene plays an important role at ''Hotel Leta''! Every day our maids tried to enter and clean your room, but you had a ''do not disturb'' sign. Our Housekeeping dpt. is respecting “do not disturb” signs and the guest’s privacy. So, we are consider that the review score, you gave us,it is a bit unfair. Dear Alexandra, Thanks for taking time to review us. However we would like to emphasise the fact that you have chosen our country to spend your vacation and you are reviewing a whole nation? Kindly suggest to be more respectful and more careful when deciding to comment on a society or a country and your residents from the few days you spent on your holidays. On the other hand we remind you that our property is located in the centre of Fira on th main street of the town and its the first time that we received a complaint " Its pretty hard the hotel to find from the main road". On the other hand, kindly remind you in what state you did leave the bed-sheets and the blanket which cannot be reused or even washed!
