We arrived to check in at 3:45 and was told that check in wasn’t until 4:00, even though info at the hotel says 3:00 is check in. We were given the options of waiting 15 minutes, paying $90 “Early Check in Fee”, or joining IHG Rewards to check in for free. Obviously I joined IHG because we were tired from flying. But what difference would it make, a room was ready either way. Kinda ridiculous!

酒店在机场内，非常方便去机场，推车可以放在房间里，早上把行李箱放在推车上直接推到机场只要几分钟。酒店服务人员热情特别要表扬前台的 Vivan 帮我解决重复付费的问题。酒店环境大气，卫生、安静房间宽敞明亮，也可以到机场去用餐。

A typical airport hotel but with a little extra! This hotel is a short walk across from the airport arrivals area, making it an easy and ideal hotel. Fully recommended

Great location if you need to be near the Santiago airport. Literally walk across the street from the terminal into the hotel. Excellent facilities and a nice restaurant. Staff was very helpful.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the domestic and international terminals at the airport. It was perfect for our one-night stay prior to a very early morning flight home. The room was well-designed and extremely comfortable. The restaurant/bar has a decent menu, and there is a small area off the bar to eat or have a drink outside on their patio.

We stayed for 1 night after the cruise to fly out next morning. The cruise to airport transfer dropped us off and we only need to walk across the street to the hotel ( a few minutes). The hotel logo is visible from the airport. There is a restaurant and bar at the hotel. The room is spacious and the bedding is very comfortable. We kept the airport luggage cart inside the room for use the next morning.
