Établissement en travaux, bruit du mini frigo que j’ai dû débrancher pendant mes 3 jours de séjour, les murs sont du papier, j’entendais mon voisin ronfler, literie trop molle et breakfast très très basique et de qualité très médiocre… Le personnel était gentil. Dommage…

We stay regularly at the property when visiting family. During this visit the front lobby was under construction making the experience less comfortable. We were not told beforehand that the construction was taking place. We like the room as they are spacious enough , well appointed and clean.

Hello Charlene, thank you for your feedback. We have the renovation noted on our website and across all platforms. I'm very sorry it was not seen before arrival and in turn impacted your stay experience.
Not terrible for the price but in the future would rather pay more to stay somewhere else. I have stayed at 6 Sunnyvale hotels and there's better options. I use a rule of a hotel being at least a 3 star hotel but this felt more low end.
Few things to note:
Hyatt insists on staff entering your room at least once every 24 hours (I was there 3 days). The sign is pointless they will come in. I don't get it but it's obnoxious. If you like daily housekeeping you would like it but I like privacy, naps and people not messing with my things. Second thing is that despite this place feeling low budget and cheap my deposit for three nights was $225 way more than much nicer hotels in Sunnyvale. Breakfast was skimpy. Super noisy during the day but not bad at night. Won't be back and will not stay at a Hyatt in the future.

There was no mention that the hotel is going through a renovation when we booked. The prices were the same yet there was inconveniences due to the renovation. There was no real breakfast. And there was no security gates during the day or night. The staff blamed hotels.com for the inconvenience and not alerting me of the remodel. So perhaps that is true.

Hello Patricia, Our leadership team is looking into this matter as it was submitted and should be available information for bookers on all sites, not just our website.
It is a renovated apartment complex under construction . The Hyatt name is highly misleading . You have to go deep into the project to find the office and it is poorly illuminated. The girl behind the desk was rude in a weird way. The security gates going in do not lock

I was in a newly renovated room. Bed was comfy, room and bathroom were very clean. I had everything I needed. Had a good stay and would stay there again.

It was under renovation, but the ladies working there provided top-notch service. A minor complaint: there was a pile of towels sitting around for a very long time. The place looked somewhat interesting, but the towels did drop it a few points.

This is my favorite hotel and I'm looking forward to the upgrades you're doing. The hallway lights are so bright that the light coming around the door lit up my whole room making it difficult to sleep. Maybe, if they must be that bright for safety, the bed could be on the other wall. But, I did still enjoy my stay and will be back.

The construction going on makes everything very inconvenient. The continental breakfast was limited and unsatisfactory. We went to Safeway to buy breakfast items. The bathroom was dirty and one of the glasses looked like it hadn’t been washed in a long time. I was very disappointed that the rate of the stay was not significantly reduced to match the inconvenience of the remodel.

While we are under renovation, we have installed ramps at various other entry points. I'm very sorry if these ramps were not near your room location.
The hotel was under a construction which is not shared in the Expedia or at their web site at all. I wouldn’t book this hotel in this case. I traveled alone and didn’t feel safe using the side door located on the side where the car park is. The door was not locked or monitored at any times. There is no elevator or nobody to help you carry your lagguage. The price of the hotel is $227 per night which you expect room service or some kind of a concierge but none of these exist in the hotel. They have very limited food or beverage options. The front desk is located in an area that doesn’t look like a front desk. The hotel should transparently share the information that there is a construction going on. I didn’t pay for the experience that I had. I was hoping to stay in a decent hotel. Thanks.

Hotel under construction
It would have been good to know that the hotel was under construction when making the reservation! This also meant no breakfast. Very disappointing for somewhere I have stayed at several times in the past.

Decent Place .
Information about major ongoing hotel construction/remodelling work should have been shared. I learned about it on arrival. I did not like the lack of transparency, which affected my stay negatively. Otherwise, it is decent place to stay had it not been for the constriction.
