Great stay. Pet friendly. Gave us late checkout. Just overall, great place to stay. Cool atmosphere. Able to walk to SJSU for weekend class.

When I check in they didn’t mention about the parking so I paid 40.00 dollars extra on my way out

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was gorgeous inside, good dining options, BIG room & bathroom. We walked to several great restaurants and bars. We walked down the street to the Westin Hotel and realized how our hotel was 5 star compared to that!

Front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of restaurants and venues, it’s a good location. Room was very spacious and overall a good experience

Very uncomfortable & cold hotel to stay. The worst was the automatic light switches, which had no “off” button in the bathroom. Glaring, prison-like” lights would blaze on - 24 hours day. And most ppl have to use the bathroom at least in the night. There were hardly any towels either; so my husband and I had to share a bath towel the first morning. Since no one answered the phone at the Frint Desk.

Plenty of cheaper parking options in the surrounding area, a lot of dining options and coffee shops. It’s an overall nice place but it can be cleaner

I opened this property when i was in college and it was called the fairmont. Even though its been exstensivly remodeled the rooms are a little unfinished and worn. First room they out me in had a broken toilet seat and it smelled like someone had just slept in there wven tho the bed was made. Second room was better but the louvered screen on the door to the pool was sloos. The towel rack on the shower door was loose. Weird giant tv on a cheat that was not centered to the bed ro room loose lamp shade askew etc
Housekeeping seemed under staffed as i never got my room cleaned
Fountain restaurant was closed withou explanation
Lobby is gorgeous but seems to serve little purpose since there was no dj or scene or food…. Lots of foot traffic so it seems like a missed opportunity
This place needs better management for sure. Im gonna drive over to Paris’s house and complain when i get back to LA

Clean, convient, and beautiful. The parking garage is only 6 ft 8 inches tall so I had to park my vehicle with a tent top offsite.

The lobby and hotel grounds are nice. Food, beverages and atmosphere is great. Paid for upgraded room with patio and fireplace. Fireplace didn’t work because they had gas off to rehab the all the pits. Disappointing but they did offer food/beverage credit. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and furniture was dirty. For the room type it lacked furniture and little rundown. Overall just “OK” definitely not the caliber for the price I paid.

It was an amazing experience! Very clean hotel and staff is very courteous. The rooms are super nice and big. The beds, pillows, and sheets are amazingly comfortable. We had an excellent time here and this is our 3rd time staying here and planning on coming back! The breakfast was delicious at the restaurant!

This hotel is very nice but we had a mishap when we picked up my car from valet, the driver when bringing us the car had damage the vehicle , had broken my mirror and damaged my fender, they said someone will contact me today (Monday) if they fix unit there will be no issues
