Front staff very helpful and accomodated late checkin. Toilet dripped and sink could not be plugged. Breakfast was very good. Location convenient.

Near freeway. Ice machine broken but staff was very willing to supply ice from their kitchen ice machine. Enjoyed the stay.

Welcoming staff. Clean room. Great location for the family activities we were there to enjoy. I like the idea of on the wall of the shower shampoo, body wash etc, but hard to push and got clogged. I appreciate lotion being in the room, however small bottles which were also hard to squeeze out the lotion.

Had a room with window facing the main road, really loud road noise on a friday night. The room was decently clean but found 2 pieces of broken glass just behind the room's entry door (thankfully i found it and not my young kids). The pieces were probably 0.25" big, so not so small that soneone cleaning rhe room wouldnt see it. Breakfast in the morning was great

We have more quiet room on the back side of the hotel you can request upon your stay. I apologize for the glass found in the room and has already been reported to the executive housekeeping department.

The hotel is right next to a neighborhood with barking dogs and a rooster! The neighbors right outside of my window have a dog that barked incessantly and then at 5 o’clock in the morning, the rooster started and didn’t stop for about 2 hours. So, if you don’t mind having a 5am wake up call by a rooster, then this is the place for you. Right after I checked in at about 7pm there was an altercation in the hallway directly in front of my door. I heard a woman screaming and a man shouting. It was frightening as I looked out of the door peek hole and saw the woman running in the hallway and screaming. I called the front desk and they said “there was a domestic fight but the woman is gone now”. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

The owner requires a 100 dollar deposit on a 100 dollar room. All of the amenities in the room were malfunctioning to some degree. The window shade and glass frame were broken and impossible to open. The shower would not get hot.

We inspected the room and the window shade and glass are not broken. We were able to open it fine. There is always hot water unless you turn it the wrong way.

Viewing my window homeless encampment was visible, air conditioning was not proper even though I changed settings it was warm the day I arrived, the person checking me in was very un professional does not need to comment or needs to know my business, I checked out around 6:15 am breakfast was not ready I had to ask for a drink and the machine was not turned on, I will reconsider staying at a best western

Unfortunately, the city of San Jose is doing nothing about the homeless encampment that we been reporting to the city. The air conditioning was working fine but the setting you put was too high. Breakfast started at 6:30am like it was posted and not at 6:15am.
