It’s a really great place to stay in. We spent 5 nights there with kids. The hotel has full kitchen, free breakfast, pool, hot tub, and grill! The staff is very helpful and friendly! The whole family enjoyed it!

Over all, staff and property are acceptable, I’m in the property business, myself know, most properties require maintenance schedules, this property of yours, maintenance seems to be at the bottom of your list, in just 2 days, I saw, clogged toilets, damaged bend trash cans, loud noisy service doors, faulty elevators, etc.

Great stay only 8 min drive to Legoland the breakfast was fantastic!! The staff had Easter egg hunt with the kids. Two of my sons found eggs they lovee it.

The only issue was the elevator nearest my room was down for maintenance most of my stay. The people were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful, and my room was clean. Great place to stay.

disappointed that I had to be relocated to another hotel, approximately a half hour away, putting me further away from the conference I was attending and causing me to be late to my first event since what was expected to be a 15 minute commute ended up being more like an hour back-and-forth

Property description on Expedia is not accurate , there was no room service, no housekeping asked for more towels and blankets they said I had to go get it at the front desk , the walk to front desk is about 5-10 min walk!!! Elevator was not working properly

Because there needs to be a front desk agent to assist other guests at all times throughout the night, there are rare instances that we ask guests to stop by the front desk if they do need any extra amenities. We will relay your concerns to the front desk team to see how we can improve our practices moving forward. Our Maintenance team has been notified of your comment related to the elevators not working properly, so we can ensure this does not continue. Looks like property used to be an apartment or condo complex, which isn’t a bad thing. Room came with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a FULL kitchen with an oven. The only mild downside was the breakfast area and outdoor hot tub was a little smaller than other Residence Inn locations I’ve stayed at, but all in all great place. Would stay again.

The staff was great and the room LOOKED clean, but our room had ants and so did the breakfast station, and everytime i said something the staff would be like "oh we're sorry about that." And then stare at you until you awkwardly left. House keeping is the only person who actually seemed concerned when i mention it to them. Its so so.

The hotel room was extremely loud was woken up multiple times throughout the night. Could hear when someone in another room. Flushed their toilet. The beds were the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

okay stay
our stay is good. hard to request late check out since we are not a gold membee the guy said we dont qualify for late check out request. food was okay mexican theme breakfast better if they have bacon and sausage.

Staff was extremely nice and the stay was just perfect. Nice and clean.
