Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was so quaint. Very historic building. It was close to everything. My only criticism was no air conditioning. It was next to a church that started ringing bells at 6am. Across the street was a bar/pub with outdoor seating that at times got a little loud late night.

The old building is charming and functional with no frills. It's in an excellent location though - perfect to walk around Salzburg from.

Room was large and bed was comfortable. There is no AC but a fan was placed in the room. There were no plugs near the bed so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. I only found one plug in the bedroom. There is no breakfast but they do provide croissants and coffee or tea. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Hotel is located across the river from the old town. For the price, I think better places could be found.

We loved the place. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. The lovely young womsn at the front desk even showed us to our room. The hotel was in a great location and was kitschy historical but modern at the same time. Such a fun place and I wish we could have stayed longer.

Cozy, cute room, very accomodationg. Felt like home. Nice location and easy access to tourist places. The only issue is that shower doesn't have a barrier for the water, floods the floor easily.

Very good rooms for a family. 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with 1 king bed and a sitting/lounge room. Would have been good to have a small fridge In room is only recommendation.

In our opinion the hotel is perfectly situated in a nice convenient location . There a plenty of shops and food selection around and it is a nice walk to anywhere in the city . We definitely would return for another visit . Although there is not parking available at the property there is a parking garage just down the road a little ways.

All my issues concern accessibility. Stairs to get in, stairs to breakfast which I could not have. I am in a wheelchair and it was very difficult. The management gave us a larger room and were very kind. Lovely place but, alas, even though I go to Salzburg often, I cannot stay there again.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms. Only complaints: 1. Check-in only open to 8pm (which I missed, but staff had left a key for us) 2. Room was described as 2 bathrooms, but was just had the shower and sinks in one room and toilet in another 3. Parking is a couple blocks away, but probably as good as you can get in central Salzburg
