Hi Felicity,Thank you for your recent review. So pleased to read you found your accommodations comfortable.Apologies that you weren't aware of the deposit prior to your arrival. We are in the process of updating all of our communication so that all our requirements are properly relayed to upcoming guests. Sadly there is a delay with refunds being deposited back to bank accounts. While we do process them our end on the day of departure, once released to the bank it can take up to 5 days for funds to be returned. On any future visits we can accept a cash bond, therefore it will be returned in cash on the day of departure.Trust you enjoyed the remainder of your trip, and hopefully welcome you back again soon.Safe Travels!
