Joe, we are sorry you stay did not exceed your expectations. After reading your reiew we looked up what room you stayed in so we could take care of the issues you mentioned, however there are 4 rooms listed under your name. We deep cleaned all 4 rooms to make sure this issue does not happen again. We do have designated pet rooms and have not had any complaints about fleas in the pet room or non-pet rooms. Please inform the front desk when you check out so any issues may be addressed at that moment. Best Regards
