Rome September 2018
The room was extremely small for furniture, had to turn sideways to get past bed and suitcase to go to the bathroom. Hairdryer in bathroom was held together with sticky tape. The bedspread was threadbare along pipping, should have been replaced along time ago. Accessible power outlets were too hard to get too. Breakfast was ok, but dining area was dull and not friendly. Hotels tourist tax was treble any others I had stayed at in the whole of Italy which didn’t seem correct. On the overall area was handy to transport which was good for me. Still had a few stairs to deal with, which I didn’t like.

Ok place if u do not spend lot of time in ur room
Staff was friendly and helpful especially in showing customers where to go in stone and even gave us discount cards for local eateries but amenities could use upkeeping like wifi which was in and out. Air conditioning management said was not on full capacity since summer was over and room was dusty. Possible bed bugs in blanket as my wife had skin rashes. Television was outdated. Breakfast was ok.

Charming hotel walking distance to Termini Station
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the station. What a lovely surprise! The hotel was charming and in a great location. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely and clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

Cheap dingy hotel next to train station.
One staff member was nice, the rest extremely rude. Wireless did not work, TV did not work, plaster on our ceiling from a repair, cracks in the walls, mild in the shower, sink leaked, overpowering smell or air freshener pumped into the air vent in our room, dirty walls. We found another hotel ASAP after one night here and despite telling the hotel staff about issues like the wireless, there was ZERO effort made at correcting them. Hotel management is not in the building but through a separate company. Desk manager would not provide contact details except to Expedia. After calling 3 times no one answered and Expedia kindly helped us stay somewhere else. Don't waste your money.

The worse hotel I have ever been
Arrived midnight and was given a tiny room next to the main entrance and just opposite the reception desk. The walls were dirty, the bathroom had some shampoo sachets in a plastic disposable bowl, and the worse of all, there were ANTS IN THE BED. There were noises from the entrance since 4 in the morning, and even I could hear the reception guy coughing as if he were inside the room. At 5 am after being unable to sleep I had to come out to ask for another room to which I was told in a very rude manner that there were not more rooms available. Next day, when I came back around 3 p.m. I found the door of my room unlocked. Also, breakfast was very poor, not enough cutlery although we were very few people.

Good 3 star hotel. Listed as 4 star but has decayed from that rating. Close to train station, very nice breakfast, and friendly staff. Small shower, terrible internet and lots of steps. Classic conditions for Rome.

Stars mean nothing...
This hotel is at most a 2 star hotel. If you think of it in that mindset, you'll be fine. The rooms are old, worn down, with few to no outlets for charging. But the shower was HOT (good) and the location to the train station can not be beat. Daily breakfast is perfectly fine, and actually beats a lot of 3 - 4 star hotels in Italy, not sure why someone would complain about it.

Nice stay in Rome
Me and my wife stayed for three nights. We could sleep well and the breakfast was sufficient. The hotel is close to the terminal from where it was easy to take the bus to all attractions and the train to the airport. Just remember to stamp your ticket before entering the train. Otherwise you have to pay 50 € extra.

OK for a night
10 minute walk to the train station with luggage but a longer walk to more of the tourist destination. Rooms were very small and dated but suitable for a short stay. Breakfast was served in a basement like room and there were limited options.

Good hotel close to Termini
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was a bit on the old side, but it was clean. I didn't have wifi in my room, although being on the top floor may have been the reason. Breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular but a perfectly adequate continental buffet. The best part of the hotel was the proximity to Termini station for either the Metro or transport to and from the airports. The Airport Buses (e.g. Terravision) park on the eastern side of Termini so they're very close to the hotel. I'll give extra points to the hotel for the fact that they printed out our bus confirmations and they stored our luggage on the last day.

outdated hotel
It does not deserve a 4 star rating. The hotel is really old and outdated. All the furniture, bedding, cabinets, etc are quite old. The breakfast is really minimum. The internet is really poor. The signal is weak and slow. I could barely use it for email. Most webpages could not be open. Granted it's much cheaper than others in the area, it doesn't give any feeling of a 4 star hotel. It's for a short stay, but it's not good for vacation or business that requires internet. The staff are nice and friendly; the proximity to the main train station is a plus. However, other than these two, things are not that great. I would spend a little more to get better quality.

Hotel is not close to any major attractions as Hotel.com website indicates. Stated walking distance to Coliseum which we specifically asked about when booked. It was over 2M walk and ~20 euro cab ride. Not very clean and shower caused a flood in the room.

Rome City Break
Basic hotel, basic breakfast. Good location for getting to all the sights. Room was small as to be expected on a city break. Choice for breakfast was not huge but enough to set you up for a day of sightseeing. The room could have been a little bit cleaner (dust on the wall hangings) but it was adequate. Reception staff were very helpful and polite. This hotel is small and is obviously run on a tight budget by what appeared to be just 3 people. You get what you pay for in life and this is a very reasonable price, so we were not expecting perfection. Remember you will have to pay 6 EURO per person per night tax in addition to anything you have already paid for your holiday.

Basic.
Hotel listed as 4 star. These can only be applied to location: very close to train station and walking distance to major sights like coliseum, fountain, steps etc. Lots of nice restaurants and the entire staff were extremely nice. The rooms and I stayed in 2 on 2 separate occasions on one trip were very basic. The hotel could do with a face lift. Breakfast was extremely early, the ground floor rooms were quite noisy especially in the front. Bathrooms were basic but with nowhere to put anything, no shelf or space to even put down soap in the shower. Advise bring own toiletries.

Above Average, Good Price, But Wifi Sucks
Staff were nice and always helpful. Location is about 5 minutes walk to the termini, which, considering with the price, is acceptable. But wifi was terrible. Merely able to access whatsapp but mostly not for FB or internet browsing. The staff said it was down for a couple of days but most of the time in our 4 days stay, it was not working.

Stay was ok until one of our items was stolen!!!!
When arriving at the hotel it was not the 4 star we expected however we thought seen as we will not be spending too much time in our hotel room it did not matter. On our final night whilst packing i had noticed that my husband's aftershave (worth 65 euro) was missing. After checking our cases and checking all areas of the room the aftershave was no where to be seen. My husband asked to see CCTV and was told that it could only be accessed in emergencies not for an aftershave. After arriving in London I sent an email to the hotel who claimed that no one had entered the room. So if I do not have the aftershave and no one entered the room, where is it? The hotel took two days to reply to my complaint and sent a reply in Italian, I do not speak Italian!!!! They stated that there was a safe in the room for personal belongings. Who puts an aftershave in a hotel safe?!

We had an excellent 3 nights at the hotel. The room was a little tired and could do with being updated but was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was super and definitely needed after a long day in the Rome sunshine. The location is perfect. Right next to the station and only a short walk to the sights.

Poor hotel with a good location
Only reason why anyone would visit this hotel is because of its location. Following issues with our stay: (1) Dirty room. Found a plastic cup under by dressing drawer! (2) TV was 14" from the 1960s (3) Toilet seat had a crack (4) Shower cubicle was ridiculously small (5) Bathroom in general was in massive need of a renovation (6) Advertised as a double but in reality it was 2 singles pushed together (7) Breakfast was really poor. Seems as if their goal was to spend the least amount of money. I would strongly advise not to stay here. Better being a bit further out of central Rome then staying here!!

Close to everything!
The hotel was great - a short walk away from the Termini in Rome, within 20 minutes of getting off the train we were in the hotel room. Clerks spoke good english (as opposed to my horrid attempt at at Italian), and gave us everything we asked for. No issues with the room except the shower was awful small, and it ran out of hot water after about 10 minutes - not long for 2 people trying to shower!
