Perfectly fine, but quite dated. No bar and breakfast room was tiny with basic selection. Fine to use as a base, but no where to sit and relax at the end of the day.

Nice service and clean. Very nice area within walking distance. Not so comfortable room in the basement. Noisy bed. We stayed rights next to breakfast area, not recommend ed. Simple but ok break fast.

Nuestras estancia ha sido perfecta. La habitación típica de hoteles en Italia pero con un tamaño más que correcto para 2 adultos y 2 niños. Y con buen aire acondicionado, que en plena ola de calor, era básico. El desayuno bueno. Es cierto que solo hay tres mesas , pero nosotros no esperamos ningún día incluso siendo 4. La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer Roma a pie. Y si no , tienes un montón de autobuses a menos de 2 minutos. Y que decir del recibimiento. Fue como llegar a casa de nuestra familia. Vera nos recibió como nunca. Dándonos indicaciones y consejos para visitar Roma, pero sobre todo el trato. Mis hijos han venido encantados y por lo tanto nosotros más. Mil gracias por todo. Esperemos volver !! Besos de Vera y Mateo.

Vi har virkelig nydt vores ophold. Meget hyggelig lille guest house i ‘den antikke stil’. Finurlig og fin og med meget søde værter. Morgenmad er basic, men der er hvad man har brug for til at starte dagen. Ligger perfekt lige ved floden og få skridt fra Navona pladsen. Vi kommer gerne igen.

The staff here are really lovely people. Always around to talk and answer questions. The area is amazing, so close to everything you want to see. I hate to say anything negative because we had such a nice time, but the bed was too hard for me.

Not worth it the price
POSITIVES: - Nice staff - Location - Cute / charming deco NEGATIVE - There was no wifi in the bedroom that I stayed (bedroom number 5) - Staff said that this was due to the pandemic, but I think this excuse is totally unreasonable as things are open since May 2021 - Bedroom really needs maintenance (door handle came out, rusty shower, old shower curtain) - all very sloppy - Bed and pillows: the bed was pending to one side. Pillows extremely uncomfortable. I asked to replace one of them and they gave me another one with same bad quality. - Very poor breakfast Overall I think it is unacceptable a place like this for the price I payed. I felt ripped off.

First the location! Amazing!! On the Tiber, 3 min walk to the Nevona sq. The place itself beautiful and with unique style, we loved it. The staff very kind and helpful, and i recommend to talk with Vinzenzo, and ask for recommendation from him. Definitely want to come ther again😊

El desayuno muy regular, el restaurante no tiene espacio ni comodidad y no hay variedad en lo que ofrecen y si desayunas después de las 8 toca comer lo que quedó, el baño si tiene una tina que no se puede usar y la puerta para bañarse es muy incomoda y parece que se va a caer, en las habitaciones la señal del wifi es muy mala, se debe salir al pasillo para poder tener comunicación, la ubicación es excelente y la atención es muy buena respecto de indicaciones para conocer Roma.

地下鉄経由ではスパーニャから15分ほどで遠いですが ウィンドウショッピングついでに行くにはちょうど良いです （少し遠いですけどね） 近くにバス停があり、テルミニ駅等からアクセスしやすいので便利でした。 宿の方もとても親切で、おすすめレストランやバスの乗り方、滞在中の観光地の回り方等のアドバイスをもらえとても良かったです。 お部屋も可愛くて素敵でした

A great stay at Residenza Ave Roma!
We absolutely love this hotel! In fact, we booked this same hotel 3 years prior and our experience then was just as great as this one. The lady that works there is so gracious and welcoming, a true pleasure to converse with and very attentive to our needs. The owner Vincenzo is was great as well... when we didn’t arrive on our scheduled time he became concerned and was emailing me just as I walked in. How thoughtful! Overall, a wonderful experience and felt like we were at home. Great location and minutes away from all the major attractions... walking distance that is!

Feel at home while in Rome.
Vera and Vicenzo made us feel at home each and everyday of our stay. The only thing not wonderful was the pillows, but every thing was great.

Хороший отель. Верины круасаны - супер!Но кто привык плотно завтракать, тем не повезет. На завтрак - йогурт, круасаны, нарезка сыр-колбаска. есть джем и паштет в маленьких упаковочках. Очень отзывчивы Вера и Винченсо. В номерах сыровато, ванная комната пошарпана, но с горячей водой проблем не было. Хотелось бы, чтобы поменяли клеенку в ванной-она просто неприлична! Уборка ежедневная, есть сейф,WiFi слабенький, но нам хватало. Посадочные талоны нам любезно распечатала Вера.

非常棒的体验，酒店在圣天使堡附近，去各景点都很方便，前台老爷爷很风趣幽默，住宿条件不错，房间不算小，早餐也很好吃，尤其是可颂面包。总体来说这个价位超值的。

Boa localização
Localização muito boa. Uma dica: para ir do aeroporto FCO para o hotel, pegue um onibus para o Vaticano (6 euros apenas), pois para bem perto (cerca de 400m). Um taxi custará cerca de 50 euros. Apartamento médio em tamanho, não muito limpo (embaixo da cama havia sujeira), confortável (exceto pelo box do banheiro, que é pequeno) e bom atendimento, com funcionários cordiais.

Uriges Hotel in prima Lage
Das Zimmer war größenmäßig vollkommen ausreichend. Das Doppelbett sehr bequem, wenn auch etwas kurz. Durch doppelte Fenster war vom Straßenlärm so gut wie nichts zu hören, obwohl sich das Hotel direkt an einer relativ stark befahrenen Straße befindet. Im Zimmer befanden sich ein paar etwas staubige und spinnenwebenverhangene Ecken, im Ganzen war es aber sauber. Die Klimaanlage direkt im Zimmer war super. Das Bad ist klein, da für das Bidet ebenfalls Platz benötigt wird. Die Dusche ist auch sehr klein, keine 80 cm in der Breite, nichts für korpulentere Menschen. Ist man jedoch relativ schlank, dann genügt auch dieses Bad vollkommen. Das Hotelpersonal ist absolut höflich und zuvorkommend. Wirklich sehr herzliche Menschen, deren Anliegen es tatsächlich ist, den Gästen einen tollen Romaufenthalt zu bieten. Sie geben gerne Ausflugstipps und erklären Wege durch die kleinen Gassen Roms. Das Frühstück war leider nicht so reichhaltig, wie man womöglich erwarten könnte, doch satt wurde man mit Sicherheit. Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage, die Engelsburg ist quasi vor der Tür, den Vatikan erreicht man zu Fuß auch innerhalb von locker 20 min. Zum Collosseum und zum Pantheon ist es auch nicht weit. Viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Essensgelegenheiten in der Nähe. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen. Allerdings ein Zimmer mit Badewanne und nicht mit dem Fenster direkt zur Straße. Unbedingt beim Buchen vorher abklären! Die antworten superschnell per Mail.

Great location and wonderful staff!
The staff was wonderful. Such a nice owner and very helpful about what to visit and everything. The location is amazing. Just a short walk to the Vatican, trevi fountain, and pantheon. It is a cute little room with sweet italian touches. It is clean and what you would get for a decently priced Italian hotel. The breakfast is very small and minimal and is only from 8-10 but it was good enough for me. Coffee is great and coffee machine included.
