the hotel was great for the price, and close to all major attractions, however the surrounding streets were dirty, so that was a bit disappointing other than that great for the money

Property was nice and very clean. 15 to 22 minute walk to Trevi fountain, Colosseum, train station, Spanish steps, Pantheon. I was looking for a place to stay wanted to make sure they had AC. We were told is was still winter, March 12 -21, and we could open the windows. Temps were in the mid 60's. We did open the window and was comfortable. On the 5th day we did get the remote for the AC and was a little more comfortable. Did have a problem just one night where I lost hot water while showering. Ugh. Other than that a nice little place to stay.

De kamer was erg schoon. Goed bed. Iedere dag schone handdoeken. Thee hoekje en werd bijgevuld. Je kon evt drinken uit de koelkast halen tegen betaling. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Geen geluiden van buitenaf. Een erg prettig verblijf. ..om de hoek restaurants en ook voor een ontbijt.

The lady at the reception she was very welcoming. However the room was poor.. I found and hair right next to the toilet, the shower was very small and leaking as well. The tv wasn’t working and I called the reception few times no one ever replied. They made u feel ,you lucky if you find them somewhere. I rang the bell few times they made me wait there was not a clear point where the reception was as well very confusing. I woke up with the housekeeping talking on the radio.. Overall wasn’t a pleasant stay won’t recommend it.

The staff was very accommodating especially when our first room was above construction and they changed us to another room. However the amenities were misleading when it said it had a spa and bar; you had to pay for those. The housekeeping was great; yet they were very loud in the am as the walls were very thin. Also, we had no cable in the second room to watch tv; but not a big deal since we weren’t there to watch tv all day in Rome! But overall it was a great location and great staff!

Room was comfortable and location was great. However, there was no mirror in the room asides from the bathroom mirror that steamed up after showers. A long mirror would be useful. Also, the walls were very thin, we could hear everything around us. There was also no coffee in the room, only tea.

Nice room, the ventilation for showering was not good leaving the room moist, no coffee in the room but they had tea. Great location, overall nice stay.

Beautiful hotel. The staff are very kind they all speak English and were very considerate. Allowed us to check in early. The spa is fantastic, you have to reserve a time slot to utilize it. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, walking distance to everything important. Expedia lists it as having a fitness center but there isn’t one just to clarify. We walked around the city enough that it was a non issue though.

Excellent location for train station, we car h the bus to airport. Great location for shopping and exploring Rome. Very clean, fresh towels etc. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Would recommend and would stay again.

This was a clean room within walking distance of the major attractions in Rome (Colosseum, Imperial Fora, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain). The staff was helpful (although the reception desk is only staffed from 8 - 9).

We loved our stay at Relais de l’Opera. From the begging upon our arrival, Simone was there ready with our key to take us personally to our room. Easy explanation and very helpful information was provided during our check-in. Cleaning, room and staff ... state of the art. Definitely will come back for my next visit to Rome.
