The hotel was clean and conveniently close to the airport with free shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and easy and the hotel clerk that greeted us was friendly and spoke English. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and it was very delicious. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again. Note: this is not close to the vatican and other main attractions. It is about a 35 to 40 min drive or you could take the train from the airport and it will take you to the main attractions of Rome.

Hotel is in the middle of industrial like area. Nothing in walking distance. Shuttle runs around the clock and reliable. Breakfast for a charge. No complimentary coffee or tea in lobby. Instant coffee in room. Fridge in room. Need converter for European outlet to 110 outlet to charge phones. Restaurant food is delicious.

This was a great place to end our trip. The staff was amazing and helpful. We had been traveling all day from Bari, and when we arrived, we were spent. The staff checked us in quickly and made an additional last-minute accommodation to allow my daughter to stay with us. The dinner and breakfast were great. The transport to the airport was timely and clean. I will stay here again.

The free shuttle bus was not indicated clearly at the bus from the airport's direction Breakfast is excellent Dinner is also good Staff are friendly. I really love the heated towel bars Only the electric kettle at our room is worn out one

The reception desk staff were very nice and courteous and quick to get you checked in. It was quiet in the room and the hotel had a security door, off the lobby that was before the elevators that could only be accessed with your key card. The room was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom tub was dirty and the toilet felt as if it was detaching from the wall when used and unfortunately I had a sink that was extremely slow to drain. It was very nice that there was a free airport shuttle bus that ran 24 hours.

The hotel was nice. It's clean & quiet. I like the free shuttle/ bus service to the hotel. It made our stay a lot better. The fitness room was excellent, plenty of weights, cardio equipment. All equipment was clean & in good repair. The only thing that was falsely advertised, was the pool. There is No pool or hot tub in the hotel. The staff confirmed this as well. Just a fitness area. It's a great place to stay if coming in late or leaving for an early flight

Loved the free shuttle to the airport. You can take the shuttle to the airport and take the train into Rome. We did that and it was easy to do. We took the Leonardo express train.

It's a very modern, clean hotel, with a nice restaurant. The shuttle service to the airport works very well. As a downside, there is a loading dock just behind the hotel and to close the window of the room you need to call the personnel.

Convenient , free shuttle with 15 minutes from airport . Great service, clean and comfortable. The only thing was not happy with, is the lack of hot water. Had to take evening and morning shower with Luke warm water.

This is an excellent property within close distance of FCO Airport in Rome, Italy! I would recommend this property to others, and stay at this property again. The hotel and grounds are exceptionally neat and clean. The staff is multi-lingual, and always willing to help or assist guests. This property offers a shuttle service to and from FCO airport every fifteen minutes. This was a significant help to me while travelling and I was able to access the city center via the train station at the airport. My room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. There is a dining option available for breakfast and dinner inside the property. Check in and check out was easy and quick. Love this property!

The pull out bed was the most uncomfortable “bed” that I have ever slept in. It was like sleeping on a piece of plywood with metal bars protruding all around it, making it painful to get in and out of bed. The room was small, stuffy and very hot even with the heating turned off. There was no other way to control the temperature as the windows did not open. There was also a slight cheese/stinky feet smell in our room. On the positive side, the restaurant was acceptable and the hotel room bathroom was spacious.

Great, clean, comfy hotel but the line to check in is crazy because everyone gets off the huge shuttle at the same time, so if I were you I’d take a cab right when you get off the plane to beat waiting in a huge line late at night!

Brief Overnight before flying home
The hotel feels new, modern, clean but also a bit basic / simple. As the hotel is on the edge of the airport, it is a several minute bus ride to the terminal, and the bus, for me was very full both ways, BUT the shuttle is very regular and runs 24 hours a day.. As you would expect with a bus shuttle, lost of people checking in, en mass, as each bus arrives, with the inevitable long queues. But for me checkout was a dream (at 4:30 am not many checking out). Overall, it has the feel of an overnight stay hotel, and it seemed a little expensive, but I was on a business trip and I would be OK staying again overnight.
