Close to shopping, restaurants, the local universities. Only complaint was the way the shower was turned "on" was pusbing in the "knob". 1st time comming across such an oddball shower mechanism

The staff was friendly, but you get what you pay for. There are reasons this hotel is one of the least expensive in the area. The property and rooms show their age. The level of cleanliness could be improved. I observed someone folding clean towels and sheets in the dining/sitting area. The sheets were hitting the dirty floor as they were folded. The next morning, other guests left dirty footprints in the breakfast area around 8:30 am. The dirt was still there at 11:00.

Good location, was a little noisy at first since there was a children’s sports match in the area but once they were gone it was super quiet. Breakfast was good, staff kept re-filling things as they finished. Room was clean, as were sheets and washroom. Overall good stay, and highly recommend!

When we arrived we checked in with no issues till we went to our rooms immediately returned to desk to verify we reserved 2 queen beds and had 1 king was told they had to switch us for another party when asked if she knew that why didn't she explain it to us at check in so we could decide whether we wanted to stay or not she had no answer

Very near and convenient location, friendly staff. Howver only checking in was a little bit non convenient as the reception said they still haven't recieved notification about the reservation from exmepia which is weird, This have never happened to me before

The hotel is definitely dated but room was clean. Bed wasn’t the best I’ve ever slept in but not the worst either. Daily breakfast was ok. Staff were all very friendly. The only issue we had was our key cards kept getting deprogrammed and had to have them reprogrammed every day we were there.

No need for that 5am and 5:15am wake up call
Even though this hotel is right next to a major road, it was a quiet stay. Everything seemed clean and fresh, and the included hot breakfast was delicious. The only two downfalls were; a call on the room phone at 5am and then again at 5:15am, and there was only Luke warm water for am showers.

While everything was technically clean the room felt uncomfortable and dirty. The hvac was not holding temperature correctly. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable- be sure to bring your own pillows, the ones provided feel more like towels and provide absolutely no support.
