Dear Anonymus,I would like to answer with all due respect but the room you got with the one you had booked was exactly the same with all the facilities and amenities except for one armchair which did not have the one you got.The room was on the 1st floor and the hotel is in the center of the city and there is a road outside, on all floors there are all types of rooms.You didn't have any wish for the location of your room because we pay attention to these and the wishes of the customers are fulfilled.Also you asked for a discount on the room price and as you mentioned you got it because we always like to make the customer happy and you showed me that.The pool is on the 5th floor and there are sunbeds and umbrellas as for the water when now and 17 days the temperatures are over 40 Degrees Celsius and the sea water is warm too.At the breakfast (buffet) there are varieties for all tastes.Parking We do not mention anywhere what the hotel has, but there is a parking space 70 meters away for a fee or on the streets around the hotel free of charge.Of course your reports will be discussed with the managers of the departments and corrections will be made.From All the Team here have the Warmest, Sunny greetings from Rethymno.Christos AlexakisManager
