Room was very nice, large and clean, very comfortable beds. Friendly staff and great price. Only negative was heavy cigarette smell in casino. Guess that comes with the territory.

Very nice clean lodgings. Disappointed about many of the amenities not open or taken up by “league”. Pay a resort fee but has limited access. Overall enjoyed our time.

Our first rooms were terrible. One of the room smelled like Marijuana that made my mother nauseous and the second room was dirty. The linens werent change with hairs on them. The 3 rd room that they gave us has a comforter with blood stained😕

Upon check in at 4:15 we were told there were no clean rooms and we had to wait until one was ready. They put a “rush” in to clean our “upgraded room” (we received an upgrade due to the wait) and we would receive a text message when our room was clean.
Nobody offered to check our bags while we waited. After waiting 2 hours we called the front desk to inquire and were informed our room was indeed ready and they were sorry we did not receive a text.
We returned to the front desk to get our keys and had to wait again while our clerk spoke with management. Once we finally got in our room, it was the exact same room we booked. Not an upgrade.
The rook itself was okay. Lots of scratches and scuffs on the furniture. Mold growing on the ceiling in the corner of the shower and hair stuck to the back wall of the mini fridge. The “smart” elevators are terrible and there are long waits for your correct one.

Overall for our first stay here the room was bad our lamps were missing bulbs some had broken bulbs and our electrical outlets were missing covers we went to the front desk they would only offer to change our room the next morning but nothing else was offered. The new room was much better we still found a few issues in the new room but everything was usable. We were on a family trip i expected more from the arcade. Not too many games that interest my children. Overall i would book again but for a adult stay instead of a family stay. My children were bord on this trip.

Maids bounding on my door before checkout, no due not disturb door hanger available
cabinet to refridgerator would not close
cost of an extended checkout was to high based on the cost of the room
ground transportation was on time and reliable
Mex food at no Mas was just fair.
1.5 hour wait at the cafe was not cool

Very clean and lots of dining and bar options. The main showroom was comfortable and had great sound. This was one of the nicest casino resorts we have ever stayed in.

Resort was conveniently located off the interstate. Very comfortable room. Izaya was very helpful and friendly at check in. Very visible security. Wasn’t sure if that meant we should be worried but they were great. Will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Reno.

There was a water leak in our room, it ruined my boots. When I called the front desk they just passed me off to someone else, then they did the same thing. Everything was completely overpriced. And our room still smelled like smoke, even being a non-smoking room.

It’s time for GSR to update their rooms again. They’ve been partied in and broken fixtures need replaced. Overall it was a safe convenient stay but the rooms need some TLC.

Lily at reception desk was in a bad mood. The checkin experience was worse than a motel. The facilities are great with many options for dinning and entertainment. It would have been a nice stay if it wasn't for the checkin experience.

We checked in (after 4) and were told our room wasn't ready. We booked a king. Then we were asked if two queens would work. Umm... no! Then, all of a sudden it was there. That seemed shady to us.
They were working on the fire alarms. A whole bunch of knocking sounds for two back-to-back mornings culminating in the loudest voice/alarm yelling this is a drill.
Then we had no water for a shower. We spoke to the front desk where the lady was very blaise and basically patted us on the head.
Casino/hotel on outskirts of town - right next to freeway. Listened to the hum of it all night.
Mattress was very thin and saggy.
Would not recommend nor stay there again.
