The front desk was very attentive and helpful but it was expedia that was not very helpful. I waited over an hour to get help from their customer support services and i already had driven 4 hours for an appt.

Cute little property. It was perfect for our quick two night stay. The walls are paper thin though so if you’re looking for peace and quiet this might not be your best bet. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

While not large, the room is clean, new and modern, almost European! A great value. The breakfast buffet could be upgraded though.

Hotel Staff were very helpful, the hotel was clean! The only complaint were the lack of automatic doors at front entrance for handicap individuals. Also the breakfast options were inadequate.

The staff were great!! Didn't like the occupants( mostly construction workers) hanging outside and talking loud all throughout the night..But you get what you pay for..The staff was great, shuttle service great, next to a convenient store which is very convenient ( no pun intended)

This place is conveniently located very close to the Airport. They offer airport parking (cheaper than the Econo lot) and shuttle to and from the airport. Best prices too.

This hotel is great for a nights stay. I didn't encounter want issues. The bars of soap is the size of a Neko, so make sure that you have your own.

My flight arrived at RDU at 0100, the Microtel was close, no hassle to get a room, allowed a late checkout with no additional charge, friendly, the rooms were comfortable

The extended parking for air travel was reasonable priced. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. Polite drivers. Two of the finest restaurants are within walking distance (beside the hotel).
