Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the issue on reservations during our switch to a new system. However, I’m more concerned on the shattered windows you’re speaking of. We have one that is broken on the inside up on 3rd floor from moving furniture, but no others. And it especially doesn’t pose a safety threat to anyone or cars.
