You arrived at our hotel at 11.30pm when i asked you for your ID and credit card and you where informed that a security deposit of 150 is required you started to yell and swear at my staff and threatened my staff and he was forced to call the police and you stormed out of the hotel telling. There will be NO REFUND

Thank You for your comments we serve hot food and to make sure we provided fresh made eggs and sausage to order. I informed you of this at the time of check inn and you where also asked if you would like so fresh made eggs and sausage when you arrived in the breakfast area in the morning but you and your family declined. We rather make you fresh food than you eating eggs that have being sitting in the warmer since 6am .
