When you get to Whiskey Pete’s they have NO reception so the sign at the desk tells you to go to Buffalo Bills which is a drive across the freeway. You then have to drive back and find your room. The whole area is run down and very very little facilities. For 200 that I paid, I should of stayed down in Vegas.

They gave me a reservation at whiskey petes hotel, when I arrived to make my check in… they send me to the buffalo Hotel to do it…. When I arrived to buffalo hotel to check in…. They made it but told me I will not stay at Whiskey hotel, instead of that they send me to the Primm hotel… the receptionist told me they will give me my key at the front desk from Primm hotel…. When I and my husband arrived to Primm hotel… no one was at front desk .. I couldn’t go to my room because of the key…. After 20 minutes they send me security guard… and I thought they will give me my key…. Instead of that…. They put the guard open the door with a tool because they didn’t have the key for my room. Adding this… they booked twice the same room so the guard open a room for someone else while they were inside sleeping… at the end.. they leave me in another room … very bad service, dirty place.. toilet was yellow color like if nobody cleaned for a long time…. Nothing to do at 2 am so I have to stay here… but never goona come back.

My Car broke down and it was in the Primm Valley Resort Parking lot we had to wait over night for a tow back to California Went online got room at Whiskey Pete’s walked there to find out we had to get keys from Buffalo Bills then walk back to Whisky Pete’s it was 32 degrees outside, mother on a walker no notice on website about having to go to another hotel to get keys to room was not happy about that, my sister and I slept in our car because we were afraid our car would be towed before our tow truck got there, at 6:00am we walked back to whisky Pete’s to get our mom we got the room so she would not be in the freezing cold. I paid for 2 nights just to have a warm place for her and we only stayed 1 night, so no it wasn’t a good stay at Jean this weekend

Had to go to another hotel to check in. A 5 min drive. Then back to hotel. Key did not work. For anyone. 4 families in Hall with no keys working. A guest came by and said we had to Go to cashier to have keys work. Lobby old and very dirty. Rooms were ok. But did not feel safe.

This place totally sucks you can’t check in they make you go to the other side of the highway where there’s absolutely no parking and there’s no way to check into this room and no refunds Expedia and this hotel Both suck

Receptionist had a terrible attitude and it seemed like they didn’t want to help anyone. They seemed to enjoy the fact that people were getting angry by the lack of their service. We had to wait thirty plus minutes at Buffalo Bills to get checked in and another thirty plus minutes to get our keys at Primm Hotel…Terrible service.

You get what you pay for, stayed 1 night. The shower drain was slow to drain, but the rain showerhead was nice. Had to go across the street to Buffalo bils to the pool, was okay. But the Mexican restaurant at Buffalo bills was great, food was awsome and good prices, people was great!!!

You get what you pay for, I was going into my stay with low expectations. The staff was very nice and helpful no complaints about them, but the hotel itself needs some serious TLC!

Good value for price
Clean room, the bed is actually very comfortable and I usually struggle with that. The check in was at a different hotel. We had to get back into our car and go over to Buffalo Bill’s for check in. We felt bad for the three elderly men in the parking lot with walkers. They had to go back to their car with their luggage for check-in. We left Buffalo Bills went back to whiskey Pete’s. We found our room clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

I was in time for my check in but ended up being an hour late, I booked a room for whiskey Pete’s to learn I had to go to Buffalo bills to check in to and then learn learn I had to go back to whiskey Pete’s cashier to actually check in.. my girlfriend was sick in the car and had to endure the unorganized long check in process.. I demand a full refund!!! Whiskey Pete’s smelled like a freaking cigarette!! Lousy ventilation!!

We reserved at Whiskey Petes. When we arrived there was a sign saying we had to checkin at Buffalo Bills. We go back in the car and drove to Buffalo Bills. We checked in and they told us our reservation was at Primm Valley resort. Back in the car to drive to Primm Valley resort. It took over 30 minutes in line to check in. The room wasn't clean. We borrowed a rag, cleaner solution and vacuum to clean the room ourselves because nobody in housekeeping was answering the phones at 5pm. The hotel really is a dump. Will never stay again.

Gave us what was suppose to be a upgrade at Whisky Petets to Primm. Hotel air conditioning in casino not working,floors were dirty , bar was duct taped ,room was dirty food inside and on bed nothing was wiped down and very unsanitary .Will not stay at that hotel ever again

The cooler in our room leaked and obviously had neen leaking for a while since the first thing we noticed was the smell. There was no toilet paper and i couldn't reach person to get any. We moved to the Prim Valley.

Terribly managed property. Grumpy staff. Made reservations at Whiskey Pete’s, went to check in and no one at desk and no signs telling you where to go. Then when we finally figured it out, they sent us to one of the other properties. No restaurants were open! Just junk food. Then on check out, we had to go to the 3rd property!!! Then I got hassled for waiting in the shade while my husband went to go check out. All properties were filthy with torn and loose carpeting.

Stay away from this place!! It went down hill.
We had to change room 3 times, ac was not working, crickets all over all 3 rooms, messy dusty rooms, 1 toilet paper roll. The casino cash cage was only thing available to check you in, the key holder big black lady was very rude and unprofessional. Was on her phone every time not paying attention and gave lip to customers every time with a salty face. Very hostile environment. She also gave us non working key cards, overall we won’t be staying there anymore and don’t recommend to anyone to stay there, very dirty environment including the down grade of people they have working there. Many customers we came across through the hotel had nothing but negative feedback about the place and people working there. Stay away from this place. Hotel needs to replace that key holder lady she is the type of lady that won’t ever evolve in the work environment with that nasty attitude.

To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I have never stayed somewhere where I have felt so unwanted. It took me a good hour or two to check in. I wasn’t even able to check into my room at the hotel I was staying at. I was forced to run around to three different hotels, all of which said something different. The staff looked miserable and definitely showed it in every interaction I had. Everyone had a different answer or had no idea on how to help me. The restaurants inside were closed and every other machine was broken. I am very sad that this establishment has turned out this way. My family and I have been coming here for years. Sadly, this trip made me never want to return.

I have no complaints regarding the cleaningness of the room nor its condition, however the checking in was veryinconvenient. After arriving at our hotel Whiskey Pete's there is a sign stating that you have to check in at Buffalo Bill, the clerk at Buffalo Bills told me that she could not give me a room key for me to head back to Whiskey Pete's, After waiting for someone at whiskey Pete's that never came I called and I was told that I needed to go to Primm resort to get my room key. It started raining at that time so it was very inconvenient having to go to 3 different locations just for your room stay.

It was literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We walked down the hallway that was lined with bugs dead bugs. I have never seen so many there were dirty sheets lumped against the wall all night long they were still there in the morning. The room looked as if no one had cleaned the window seal or the window seat ever. It was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel that I rented from Expedia.

Ive been to this property before that’s why I booked but after this stay I won’t be staying again. The bathroom was not cleaned at all, I found hairs and smears of dirt on the tub. They were under staffed, I waited 2-1/2 hours for extra bath towels.

This is the worst hotel experience I ever had in my life. It's so dirty and really smelly!!!! There was hair in the shower, dust on the countertop, bugs and dirt on the sheet cover!!!! This is so terrifying, and we were keep changing room. It just getting worst and worst, I can't belived I have to experience this near Vegas. This is just unbeliveable. And the front desk is not 24 hours, they are off after 12am. This is hella insane! I will not recommend to stay at this place, I paid 300 for a night for this services.

Front desk was super in handling my late check.
The stay was good. Checked in very late, yet, the staff was alert and smoothly handled my check in. Room was too cold upon entering, the AC was set at 60. Not cost effective, especially entering winter. Had to warm up to 76 to sleep. The tub needed a good scrubbing. I informed Florence, at the front desk. She made notes to get housekeeping on it before the next guest. She was very appreciated to be informed. Did like the casino area was smoke free, but, it was early morning. I like the individual crap machine. Was sorry, had no time to try it out.

No one at reception area for 4 hours. Security kept saying someone is coming each hour, no one came. Told to drive across to Primm Casino to check in to our room. After I called security using the red phone complaining to speak to a manager. Still no manager came to explain or apologize. 15 people now waiting for 3 hours to check in to our rooms. I drive across to Primm to ask to speak to a manager and explained situation. No credit offered for the inconvenience or lower room rate. Still expected to pay full price even though we could not get into our rooms. We will never stay here or recommend any one to this property. It should’ve shut done

The carpet in my room was really dirty and when I stepped on it barefooted it was sticky. The floor tiles in the restroom were chipping due to water damage and the grout was being destroyed when stepped on. Those are the only negatives besides that it was a pleasant stay
