The property is well maintained and location is pretty good. To improve: Breakfast options are limited. One of the juice option was always out of order during our stay. One of the lift was also out of order for all 4 days which was really painful with only 1 lift functioning.

I love this property. I love the room. It is spacious. The beds are comfortable. It's quiet. It has a nice little kitchenette. I like that the bedroom is separated from the living room and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. What I don't like is having to pay $39 to park my vehicle. I feel that that should be included in the price of my room, but unfortunately it's not. I also believe that they should have an expanded menu. That's the only other thing that I would like to see is that their menu is a little more expanded for their evening meals. They're still delicious

There were great rooms. The breakfast was listed until 10, but when we came down at 9:30 the breakfast was being cleaned up. We did have a great meal at a cafe down the street within a short walk.

Very close to South Waterfront Station with Busses: 9, 19, FX2, 35, 17, 291 Light Rail: Orange Line, and Trollies A, B, NS. The Hop system for transit payment is great. You can tap with any credit or debit card and it will only charge you when your previous ticket expired. If you ticket more than three times it tops out by just charging you for a day pass. Every city should have this fare system!

Check in was 4PM. I didn’t get confirmation that my room was ready until 8:45PM. Person at check was not friendly and was clearly not happy to be there. There were two towels in our room for 4 people and when I called down to the desk for more they said the front desk didn’t have any towels and housekeeping was gone for the night. Room was great. Too bad they don’t have the service to support it.

The pet fee is not as described on expedia. It would of added an exorbitant amount to the stay and the hotel refused to honor what was on expedia. Due to me not agreeing to pay that, they refused to cancel my booking and charged me for a stay that never occurred. I will not stay at a hotel that lies and Expedia was NOT helpful in any way either.

Great for proximity to OHSU. The hotel was clean and the staff is great. Our room was right near the highway, very noisy. There was not many options for food in the area. Parking fee is ridiculous $39 a night.

Well-designed "suite" room with good kitchen and a great swiveling large-screen TV. Room for two people to be working on their laptops at the same time, as well as ample room for yoga, etc. We will return.

Great hotel if you don't need to bring a car with you. Finding a parking outside the hotel is an issue, and parking at the hotel is not cheap ($39/day). Other than that, this is a great place to stay near the Riverplace area. If you like to walk, it's not that far from downtown. The amenities inside the room are well thought-out and very functional. From the placements of drawers, the swiveling TV, a spacious ledge in the shower to put your your stuff on, to a long table that you can actually use to lay open 2 suitcases—I've never found any good solution for this where we stayed before. The mini kitchen is well equiped too. I wish, they provide slippers. On this trip, we didn't need it, but there was no room cleaning (we wondered if we need to request it). Breakfast was included and it was not bad.

The room was okay, my husband and I noticed that the pullout bed sheets that were stored away in the closet of our hotel room were not rotated out with new clean sheets in between guests, because when we took the sheets, pillow cases, blanket cover, etc out there was crumbs of food in them. The Staff at the front test could have been more friendly, when checking in we felt rushed and when calling from our room one time to the front desk they did not seem to want to help and they were quick to hang up the phone. Not very friendly or helpful. Won’t be staying there again.

It’s our second time staying at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay & will stay again if we’re in the area. The only issue we encountered this time was the beddings for the pull up sofa bed. It’s apparent that it was not washed, but front desk were quick to apologize & sent new ones.

The price for the room was good. Free breakfast excellent. Parking price $40 a night extra seems high. For that price I would look elsewhere that includes parking even if it cost a little more.

Pool not warm enough. Spa pool dirty. Breakfast hot water for drinks and ketchups and muffins often under stocked/ needing replenishment (I went at varying times from between 6-9am). Coffee bar layout made hard for more than 1 person to use at time and water often ran out and not replaced. Tea bags ran out have to find staff to ask for more.

The room was clean and spacious even with 2 children. The neighborhood and parking was not safe at all. Our car along with other 5 cars parked across the hotel got broken into.

I’d have given 5 stars but there weren’t good options for food/drink in the hotel (limited hours too) and they wouldn’t give me a late check out and the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever laid on. Other than that, it was great. Very clean. Spacious, good location. I would stay again.
