Checking in was fine. Got to the room to find there was no remote for the tv. Called down and they brought one up, when we went to use it it didnt work for that tv. Called down again and was told “they’ll see what they can do because people keep stealing them.” I told him that’s not my problem, we paid for a room and I expect all the services with it or another room. About 10 minutes later a new remote was brought up and that one was fine. The next morning at around 9:40, my daughter was getting dressed and a staff member tapped on the door with a clip board and then proceeded to open it without waiting for a response. Why she was there when my check out time was not until 12 is beyond me. When I reported this at check out, the lady acted like she didn’t know who I was talking about. I will be reporting this to their corporate office, because that was completely unacceptable. I always stay at Hyatts but unfortunately this will be my last time.
