Checking in was fine. Got to the room to find there was no remote for the tv. Called down and they brought one up, when we went to use it it didnt work for that tv. Called down again and was told “they’ll see what they can do because people keep stealing them.” I told him that’s not my problem, we paid for a room and I expect all the services with it or another room. About 10 minutes later a new remote was brought up and that one was fine. The next morning at around 9:40, my daughter was getting dressed and a staff member tapped on the door with a clip board and then proceeded to open it without waiting for a response. Why she was there when my check out time was not until 12 is beyond me. When I reported this at check out, the lady acted like she didn’t know who I was talking about. I will be reporting this to their corporate office, because that was completely unacceptable. I always stay at Hyatts but unfortunately this will be my last time.

It was a great stay, clean room and spacious. Only thing negative was the area where you pull into the parking lot. There is quite a few potholes.

We had a very nice stay, staff was amazing and nice. Smiles everywhere you turn. The only thing I would remark about is the parking lot lights are so bright there could be seen under our black out curtains. I guess it's important to have a well lit parking lot though too.

I was super Impressed with the front desk customer service and this hotel. All inclusive breakfast was great quality. The indoor pool was so much fun for our 4 year old. The hotel was spacious and had all we needed. Parking was close to the front door. We travelled from Ottawa Ontario and were happy to find this hotel nestled beside shopping centres and dining. Also we ubered dinner to our hotel room. We had a great experience thanks to the staff.

First of all you have to pay $9 per day for parking which is ridiculous - I would understand requiring to register your vehicle or pay if you are not staying, but not to charge everyone. In addition, the entrance road to the hotel is in horrible condition full of potholes and in ill repair.

We started to have a nice stay, my kids loved the pool. We had to pay for parking at the property but it's listed free in the booking details so that was odd and then in the morning the continental breakfast was an absolute circus, my 3 littles, 3,3&4 were nearly trampled by the highschool sports team that was also staying at the hotel.. I was extremely upset, unable to eat myself, as I was just trying to safely get my kids out of the chaos as fast as possible. I'm extremely displeased with how our stay ended and am shocked at the behavior of these kids. Wouldn't stay again due to the location and likelyhood of more traveling sports teams also being there. It's was way too chaotic, there should be designated rooms for large groups like that.

Beware of parking fees
The hotel is very nice as well as amenities. The only negative is the parking. The facility is behind a shopping center, but they charge you $15 to park in the hotel parking lot. It is strange because you are not in an urban location. So, if you are comparison pricing with other hotels, make sure to add in the parking fee. My husband just parked in the shopping center parking lot because he refused to pay for parking.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming! I have no complaints with the front desk management. We however were disappointed in the parking fees! Which is a corporate problem. It is not like any surveillance or a garage was provided. We were paying to park our car. If I stayed at a Hampton, Holiday Inn, or Courtyard Marriott there is no fee to park. The elevator had potatoes on the floor, and needed a deep cleaning. I was very disappointed when entering our room our bed sheets were stained. There was no pride in the quality of the work. Why would you put stained bedsheets on the bed. The never came to clean our room but brought towels and soap. House keeping didn’t take our plates. Housekeeping needs major improvement and better attention to detail.

Definitely not a $175 hotel room. I’d rate it as a $90 hotel (if that) as I’ve traveled for 3y for work and constantly in and out of hotels. There was cracks in the ceiling, Bathroom was outdated, stains all over the carpet, smelled terrible, and on top they wanted you to pay for parking.

Didn’t meet expectations
Discovered in morning that frig was not on so no cold drinks for our trip. Didn’t expect the parking fee and wasn’t thrilled that I had to go back out to my car for license plate number

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
This property needs a LOT of updates. My room had pieces of wood missing on most of the furniture and my bed sheet had a gigantic stain on it. It looked like something had been spilled on it at some point. The elevator floor wasn't very clean which I suspect the carpet is the same. Not very impressed being that it's a Hyatt. The chairs in the dining room are too high for all the tables. I wouldn't stay here again. Old and dingy.
