Nice property, liked gym space and breakfast. Not very walkable to amenities, would be nice if restaurant onsite.

The room was quiet and clean when we arrived. My only complaint about our stay was house keeping. It was not consistent during our stay. Just because I was in the room the first time and only wanted fresh towels and the garbage removed didn’t mean that that’s what I wanted my whole stay. I wasn’t asked how our stay was while checking out but when I mentioned the housekeeping I was asked if the do not disturb sign was out. I’m not clueless. Then being told I should have contacted front desk sooner, I’m not calling them for housekeeping when I arrive late back to my room. Are people afraid to say sorry thinking I’ll demand a refund? I just want the next guest’s experience to be better. It’s a great property, the breakfast is plentiful and fresh. It’s convenient when we travel to Pitt Meadows. We’ve stayed before and will stay again. Let’s just fix the little details that will make the entire stay fantastic.

Property is good. Dated, only few renovations done. Location not close to a lot of sit down dining restaurants. Along major route with trucks and traffic near by. I think pricing is a bit higher. Breakfast was very poor, I usually stay at holiday inn express in Langley and would recommend that location, service and breakfast. Would not stay here unless there was no option. High price, good service, breakfast there but did not eat it

Staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean. The breakfast was very good and the ladies looking after it were attentive to items needing to be replenished as well as keeping the area clean. We would stay here again.

The staff were very helpful during my visit as I was having surgery while I was there. They did everything I asked for and even asked how I was doing.

Would easily recommend for convenience when visiting or working in the area. The property was on the highway with free parking, but bushes helped with sight and noise of road. Two minute walk to shopping complex with grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants, and easy 3km run through cute town and neighbourhoods to trails on the river. Staff were very friendly, and we were in the newly renovated part of the hotel, with smart TVs, big beds, and no one above us. Breakfast wasn't fancy but lots of options and a great feature - eggs, toast, hashbrowns, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, and meat. Only hiccup was trying to use the hot tub; a youth hockey team had gone in prior, added bubbles, and so the staff had to drain and re-fill, which meant that the staff ensured it was clean but it wasn't yet hot by the time we wanted to go in. Not a big issue for us, and we went back when we passed through again. One evening we had amazing pizza takeout from a local place and it was convenient having the minifridge for leftovers. Big thanks to the super friendly staff.

It was lovely & comfortable. The staff was very helpful & courteous. Loved the hot tub. Could have more options for vegetarians for breakfast & would be lovely if they could start a restaurant or dining room service round the clock.

Handy to our destination, quiet room, clean. Disappointed that the front desk manager reneged on our late check out. We had booked to arrive a bit early and leave later so we didn't have to spend so much time waiting at the ferry terminal but at the last minute they asked us to leave 2 hours earlier than originally agreed upon. No apologies from the manager for her unwelcome decision. Very high handed.

I do apologize for any inconvenience this had caused you. As the hotel was sold out and very busy your request for a late check out could not be met. We do try our best to accommodate special requests but unfortunately due to availability it is not always possible.

Tidy and convenient property that included breakfast. Only cons were the very soft beds resulting in barely any sleep, and the weak coffee on offer. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.
