I didn’t realize the property was under construction. It will be nice when complete. Our first room had a bad sewage issue and the gas gave me a headache, but the front staff were able to give us a new room, which met expectations and was great. We had an early flight and appreciated the morning front staff person having a lot of breakfast out already before breakfast officially started. Thus allowed us to eat a little before leaving. Thanks!

We had a good stay. Beds were comfortable. The construction was a bit annoying, but the staff was nice. The air conditioning was super loud. The newly renovated room was nice looking and spacious. Overall, it was comfortable except for the inconvenience of the construction and the noise of the air conditioner.

They did not mention that the entire property was under construction. There was loud sawing and drilling going on right across from my room all day. Drywall dust and the smell of burnt metal being cut permeated my room. The workers were literally cutting metal in the hall with sparks shooting onto the carpet as I walked to my room. The gym that I chose the hotel for, was closed. The shower was old. Each time I went to use hot water in the sink or shower, it took 5-10 minutes to get hot water. The pillows appeared to be from a kid's bed as they were half the normal size and not meant for a king bed. Not impressed.

The property was under construction. Didnt know it was extensive. The check in was poor. Workers didnt seem friendly more like bothered. Breakfast was good.

This hotel should not be operating during the construction they are undergoing. Their rates are extremely high for the quality of the hotel.

The property is undergoing significant renovation and it was substandard. The check in was through a side door marked in Sharpie, from a temporary desk in a room that also doubled as the breakfast area, and that was hard to find. That initial impression was far from the worst, however. The room was tired, with plumbing and electrical issues. I stayed three nights and never once had the room visited by housekeeping, despite asking them repeatedly and the staff confessing that the room missed being assigned. I would not stay here again, based on this experience, and that is disappointing for a Hyatt brand.

Property is under construction and was not aware that the restaurant was not open. The front desk and breakfast area was put into one of the conference rooms with limited amenities. This was not reflected on the nightly price. Was given a room that was partly remodeled and the tv did not have a signal. It should have been a flag when we got into our room and there were ear plugs on the nightstand. The construction dumpster was dumped right outside our window in the middle of the night. We were going to stay there in our return flight out but decided on another property.

They are still in process of huge renovation so dusty and disorderly. They should have given guests a big discount.. The rooms were clean. Breakfast soso. I also have a beef to pick with hotels that set their thermostats at 66 degrees even during unoccupied hours.

Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Front desk staff efficient and pleasant. The breakfast was good. The facility was under renovation which makes it difficult to grade it on condition - I'm sure it will be nice and more modern when they are finished. It was clean in the common areas despite the construction and there was no noise at night.

They were very much in the middle of construction despite the message we received at booking informing us the construction would be over by mid January. Staff was friendly but the room smelled of mildew, felt like it was still under renovation as well and the shower was not clean. This was definitely not up to the Hyatt standard but the staff was definitely doing the best they could in a bad situation.

As most reviews state, the property is under construction. The front desk is a makeshift table in the cafe. The hallway and elevator were pretty rough and dirty.. That said, the staff were very helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and our bed was incredibly comfortable.

Just a one night stay but the hotel met all our needs. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Staff was friendly and efficient. Hotel is still under renovation as it’s a little dated. We experienced no inconvenience or noise.

We arrived after a late flight and lobby doors were locked. We eventually got in. Nobody was running the front desk. The lobby was a ghost town. Nobody was around at all. We stuck around for an hour, calling out for employees, checking behind doors in the laundry area, storage areas and called the hotel numerous times. We never ended up seeing anybody at all and had to leave and find another hotel in the middle of the night.

Hotel was under construction which we knew but was a complete mess everywhere on the inside and out. Hotel staff was not professional at all. The room was filthy, stains in the bathtub, hallways smelled musty. Would never stay there again.

Hey there! I wanted to share my recent experience at the hotel we stayed at. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there were a couple of staff interactions that left us feeling a bit disappointed. The young lady who checked us in was absolutely lovely - she went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and we were so grateful for her warm hospitality. However, when we returned to the hotel later in the evening, we encountered a different staff member who appeared to be having a tough time. While we totally understand that everyone has their off days, we found her behavior to be a bit pushy and unprofessional. Although we requested an extra pillow for my daughter, who was sleeping on the couch bed, unfortunately, we were unable to get one. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay, and we're grateful for the kind service we received from most of the staff.
