Staff is rude and has no knowledge of what good customer service is. Booked this hotel and because of weather conditions was unable to travel, trying contacting them for accommodation or a refund and the "manager" I spoke to would not let me talk at all, was rude, and had no empathy to the fact that it was a situation our of our control. We clearly can not control the weather. Our technician showed up there today and they completely discriminated against him, turned him away and said they were completely full, but when I called and spoke to her she advised that they had availability and he would need to rebook at the front desk. It unfortunate because we book lots of hotels throughout the year for our business and they have now lost what could have been a loyal customer. I hope they do better with their staffing moving forward
