The flooring was not well insulated as i heard the guest above me stomping all night. Also the hotel lobby music played and could be heard in my room all night. It was not a good experience.

Was disappointed there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. The fire alarm went off approximately 7 o’clock in the evening and we had to evacuate the room. We went to the front desk and they didn’t seem to even care that the alarm had gone off. Just simply said oh somebody accidentally opened the door.

I typically love a Hampton Inn. But this particular time wasn’t good. The room had a bad odor. And had a huge stain in the chair. I think they could do a better job.

Twice charged for parking and had NO CAR. Parking lot 1/2 empty. Each time i was told it was just the hotel policy. So a $20.00 dollar grab out of a pocket might not seem much, however it is, if there is NO SERVICE returned for it. Specifically y IF I come to your place of business to spend money and you charge me for a non existent item. Given this is the Hampton Inn policy ( Hilton) i have advised my staff that our policy is to avoid Hampton and Hilton, as like Hampton, we have choices as well. wont be back.

Won't stay again at a Hampton Inn. Business travel for me and my company staff, this Hampton inn twice charged for parking, we had no car. Had to argue with the front desk. Told its just thier policy New company policy Monday. Do not stay at and Hampton Inn or Hilton property. Like Hampton Inn, thier corporate choice is to charge for non existent parking. Our corporate choice to stay elsewhere

When I arrived at the Hampton Inn I was told they did not have a room for me, and I would need to drive 8 miles to another hotel where they reserved a room for me. When I arrived at the new location, I was told they had no room, and they were full too. After 30 min on the phone, they found me a room. Total mess.

The property is a very nice Hampton Inn. The breakfast area is nice than most I've seen. The staff were all very excellent and attentive. One front desk employee, Tiffany, even went out to her truck to get me change from her own money for a ten-dollar bill when there wasn't enough at the desk! My only complaint would be that the room is way too dark. Even with all the lights on, I had trouble finding stuff in my suitcase. AND ours was a handicapped-accessible room, so it really should have more light. I had to sew up a hole in some clothes, and I had to go down to the lobby to be able to see to do that.

Convenient

Golf weekend at Talking Stick Golf Club. The Hampton Inn is a convenient place to stay for the golf & casino. They do need to do an upgrade on their pillows. Over all a nice stay!

I didn't like such few parking spaces near the entrance. Not enough lighting in non-preferred parking spaces. I did love the proximity to Top Golf. The location is close to everything in Scottsdale. The staff are super nice and breakfast was great. I highly recommend.

Doesn’t matter if you have a reservation

I booked a king suite through hotels.com, when I arrived they said they were sold out of King rooms. Apparently they give away rooms to others who didn’t book in advance when you book through a third party. I arrived a little after 5pm and they had given away all the king rooms. They also tried charging me the same rate as a king suite but put me in a standard double queen room. Pretty ridiculous.

Amazing employees horrible hotel

The hotel is outdated, the most uncomfortable beds with springs poking through. The shower didn’t have a shower curtain I had to go get one from the front desk and install it myself. The air conditioning made the most god awful sound. The only positive was it was clean and the employees were very nice and had great customer service. I wouldn’t stay there even if it was free
