We’ve been staying here often due to medical care received in town. Everyone is friendly, parking is easy and the rooms are comfortable.

Beds and pillows great. The stuff in the bathroom for use like soaps etc excellent quality. The AC was a bit noisy was the only negative.

I stay at this hotel every three weeks. I have never had a problem and everyone has just been amazing. This week the new young girls that work the front desk are completely rude. When checking out I had asked for a receipt which they said they couldn’t provide and when I walked out they started laughing. It’s been the same young girl every morning and while leaving for my day I always tell her to have a great day and never got a response from her! Everyone else has been wonderful but these two just killed it for me.

The fact that they could not accommodate me with the room that I had requested and paid for was disappointing, to start. The front desk person was absolutely rude when I told her I was not happy about not getting the patio room that I had paid for. First, she told me it was because I had booked through Expedia. She mentioned that for a second time later in the conversation. She figured that offering me 3 - $30 breakfast coupons should cover the inconvenience. I disagreed. She ended up putting us in a room that had a shared patio. This patio would have been fine if we knew the other family. There were 3 seats, and 6 people total, in a very confined patio. The next day when Samuel, the "manager" came in, he was very sympathetic, and I thought that he handled the situation very professionally. When he didn't get back to me when he said he would, I went to see him again. At that point it was like he was a different person. He said he was too busy to look at the situation and might get a chance to look at it sometime next week. I asked again if he even remembered our conversation and claimed that he did. I ran into him again about an hour later and all of a sudden, he knew all about the situation but was very aggressive in telling me that the shared patio actually cost more than my original room with its private patio. Obviously, I said you are not going to try to go down that road. He stormed back into his office and actually slammed the door in my face. He was a changed person.

We stayed here three nights and I would think for the price they could do some service to your room maybe dump the trash give you an extra towel. Breakfast costs an extra $10.99 a person which other hotels offer the same food for free! All 3 mornings I went to get some coffee and 2 of the 3 days it was empty by 8:15am. They have a Starbucks in the lobby that is never open which would have been nice. It was a very clean hotel never talked with the staff except for check in and she was very nice!

Was disappointed that a room with a patio was extra. False advertisement from the pictures. Hot tub and pool were crowded. Service at the bar was so poor that I left. Restaurant was greasy spoon at best.

Nice area, close to lots of shops and restaurants. East access to the highways. A little noisy on the 1st floor I could hear exit doors closing. There was a restaurant/bar in the hotel. Thought I didn’t use it. The pool/hot tub area was nice.

The hotel smelled really bad, like mold. I woke up with a sore throat from breathing in the smell. The carpet was stained, bathroom had no fan and had a sliding door instead of an actually door. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, woke up extremely tired and sore. None of us slept and had an important appointment the following morning. Really disappointed.

Disappointed that we were told to move from the pool area for a photo shoot during the hour of relaxation after a day of hiking. Coming back in an hour meant darkness. Ice maker not working meant a trip to the front desk. Charging for breakfast is a dealbreaker for us not returning.

Restaurant was poor, service and food. Understaffed. Breakfast was poor and you had to pay for it. Dirty, sloppy breakfast area and staff didn’t care. All employees were not happy. Manager seemed not to care. Starbucks was closed and had a poor coffee machine. However our room was nice, had been redone but the bathroom was dirty
