Stay was fine until very early in the morning (before 7) they are placing your receipt under the door in anticipation for you to leave. Check out time was 11 but the housekeeper knocked on the door like she was the police at 10 and proceeded to try to walk in in without waiting for a response while I was getting dressed. When she couldn't get in because the door wouldn't open all the way she left. I walked out and she asked if the room was ready to clean and if I was checking out. Jeez nothing like rushing people out to fill that room back up. It was just rude and felt rushed to get out before my check out time.

The pool was closed the entire time we were there. Cleaning staff cleaned the room and left a cleaning bottle and a rubber glove in the room. The morning breakfasts weren't very good. Other than that, it was okay. Not great or good.

I liked that the property is near restaurants and stores, however, the bathroom in the room needs a facelift. It smelled pretty bad and I realized the shower curtain is what stunk. Also the bathtub had some rust on it, and it creaked when you’d step in it and on it.

For what it was. The price for this hotel is double what it should be. Overpriced, housekeeping needs to be better. Found previous guest's hair and forgotten socks in the room. It was like they came in made the bed and left the room. The breakfast buffet was a joke. the eggs were cold, the selection was meager. Very disappointed with this venue.

Very clean highly recommended. Don’t book through Expedia. Expedia was 487.00 for 2 nights. Hotel charges less. I paid 87.00 extra through Expedia next time I will go through the hotel.

The only complaint I have is the rooms could be cleaner. We had to switch rooms because there was a questionable substance on the couch. The room we switched to could have be vacuumed better and the rugs need to be shampooed every once in a while because my granddaughter who is one and walking her feet were literally black just from walking around in the room.

Overall a really great experience and had zero complaints or issues except we stayed over new years weekend and they refused late check out to all guests which was rather ridiculous considering most people, us included, were out late to celebrate the holiday.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff was very good. However, the front desk staff were unpleasant, inhospitable and very unhappy.

Filthy sheets and blankets. dirty with other peoples hairs on them black curly hairs, straight hairs disgusting. Housekeeping is doing a terrible job the shampoo caddy was empty. There is no body wash in the bathroom. Just a bar soap. Towels need a separate towel rack onto the wall or below the sink storage because they folded and stacked a bunch of towels onto the sink in a pile taking up valuable counter space. The TV remote guide for cable didn’t work. Front desk receptionist was not at the desk when i checked in. She wasn’t too friendly either once arrived. Breakfast was good. Free parking good. WiFi works. Room has USB ports to charge your iPhone and plenty of outlets. The alarm clock time didn’t work had the wrong time on it try to change it but still didn’t work. 🙄

The only thing I might say is the smell of the elevator. I've stayed there twice and the oil or whatever the smell is, is not pleasant.. Other than that, I would stay there again
