Great service but showing its age
Veey grand hotel with great service, but the bathroom facilites are well below that which would be expected from a quality hotel in Cambodia. Is in dire need of investment and renovation.

An Oldie, but a Baddie!
Our phone wasn't working, so I went downstairs to order room service. After ordering three things, the man said to wait to see if they had a soup. I waited a few minutes and they said they had it, so I went upstairs and only the soup comes. I sign, but notice that the price is $11, so I tell my wife, who is trying to tell the waiter about the other two items they forgot. She tells the man that the soup is $9 on the menu, but he says we have the wrong menu. She then tears up the receipt and says she doesn't want the soup. The guy is shocked, so he grabs her hands. She gets up, points to the door, and says "Get out!" The manager came with the man and apologized by giving us a couple of fruit plates. The next day we sit by the pool and order a burger and calzone. Over half an hour later the waiter comes and says they don't have burger. I say that I want to see a manager to which he says there is no manager. My wife goes and finds a manager. By the time she explained everything that happened to us including the night before, the waiter brought a burger and pizza, not calzone. The manager comped the meal and gave us two free hour massages. We ate at the restaurant once, which was great. The hotel is old, smelly, and desperately needs renovating. I would go back if they renovated. The pool is nice right on the Mekong river. The massages were great! The bed was comfortable and the TV was new and big. Don't ask for a tuktuk though. They will rip you off. Just go to the street.

Retro 1970 Hotel
The hotel is about 10 minutes past the main strip which is nice if you want a little quiet time. It is dated inside with a retro 1970's feel. The furniture, decor and amenities are all from 40-50 years ago. It was nice but pricey for the age. I would stay again but would compare prices to other properties before booking. Breakfast , lunch and dinner buffet are almost the same so the free breakfast is a good deal.

직원 분들은 매우 친절했고 호텔 전반적인 시설과 방 내부는 매우 깨끗했습니다. 트윈 베드였는데 각각의 침대가 큰 싱글베드여서 좋았습니다. 다만 아침과 오후 중으로 방에 있는 경우 방을 두드리시며 housekeeping을 위해 필요한 것이 있는지 질문을 하셔서, 쉬다가 나가봐야 하는 경우가 있었습니다. 조식은 종류가 아주 다양하진 않았지만 부족하지 않아 잘 즐겼습니다. 리버뷰의 경우 수영장과 강쪽이 한번에 보여 전망이 생각보다 좋으니 추천드립니다. 거의 동향이라 해가 직빵으로 뜨긴 합니다. 와이파이는 잘 연결되지만 간혹 인터넷 연결이 안될 때도 있습니다. 그래도 양호했습니다.

１泊すればいいかな、カンボジヤナホテル！？
プノンペンには仕事で年に4回から5回ほど行きますが、歴史あるカンボジアナに一度は泊まってみたいと思い宿泊してみましたが、ホームページとは違い少し残念な思いをしました。 古いので仕方ありませんが、少し部屋はカビ臭く、バスタブの蛇口も壊れてたり、タオルも汚れが出ていたりと、今回、11日間の宿泊で2泊ほどにしていてよかったと思います。もちろ他のホテル予約もHOTELS.COMさんを利用してます。 朝食はバラエティーにとんでそれなりに楽しめましたがテーブルの配置、料理の配置となんかちぐはぐな感じでした。 一工夫で何とかなると思います。

Durchschnitt in guter Lage
Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, der Sozialismus hat bleibende Spuren hinterlassen. Vor allem Korridore müssten dringend überholt werden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber mehr zweckmäßig als gemütlich. Die Klimaanlage war nicht zu regulieren. Der Blick auf den Fluss ist schön und das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück ist eher auf asiatischen Geschmack zugeschnitten, aber sonst ganz ok. Für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

Great looking hotel, big plot of land (not cramped), next to river, wide corridors a la grand old style, 5 minutes walk to Royal Palace. Respectful and helpful staff. But bathroom needs complete updating: still functional but feel dating back to the seventies. Hotel of this calibre should offer free airport pick up/drop off.

Hôtel un peu vieillissant, on s’y sens très seul Pas beaucoup de client Le petit déjeuner n’Est pas bien, jus d’Orange insipide, et nourriture pas top La literie ça va , la salle de bain est très vieillotte La moquette usé Dans les couloirs, la climatisation diffuse le froid trop fort Pour la piscine, cela manque de verdure Des problèmes pour payer les boissons 🍷 Entre l’Hôtel et le restaurant piscine Pour la chambre il fallait souvent demander les produits pour ce laver , idem pour les mouchoirs Les plats à la carte et vin 🍷 assez cher par rapport à d’autre hôtel 5 étoiles

Like others have said, the hotel is in need of a renovation. The Mekong Lounge is only good for coffee, it has no other purpose whatsoever. My room had a great view over the river but, many of my rooms electric plugs weren't working. The A/C in my room was really poor at 15 and full fan I was just cool enough. The room safe was only held by one screw. My power went out one morning leaving the whole room in darkness. The staff are amazing! Always smiling and happy. They couldn't do enough for me. I was sad to leave for that reason.

フィリピンバンドがうるさくてしかたない。部屋までつつぬけ。スタッフの対応があまりにも酷い。カンボジアーナとは思えない。

좋은 경치의 전통있는 호텔
좋은 경치의 전통 있는 호텔이다. 강가의 경치와 호텔의 풍광이 어우러져 캄보디아의 전통을 느낄 수 있다. 단, 오래된 건물과 관리상태로 최근 새로지은 호텔들에 비하면 경쟁력이 떨어진다. 그래도 캄보디아를 느끼고 싶은 여행객이라면 적극 추천한다.
