Overall, the property was nice! I loved our housekeeping attendant, Alaina. We dined at Bank and Bourbon a few times and I was disappointed with the bar tenders. One of them became very rude when we accidentally sat in the wrong area. We had dined in previously but this time she wasn’t as friendly. I also was charged a $180 for parking. We never used parking or had a car to park. After calling customer service, they refunded the charge.

In Room dining service was great and the food was delicious. Location of the hotel is outstanding, very convenient to many attractions, public transportation and shopping.

I enjoyed Lowes and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was in walking distance of a variety of restaurants. I wouldn't recommend the corner room as its small, just 1 little square as opposed to the regular room which seemed much bigger. The gym facility was well equipped. Over all i would definitely stay here again

Our stay was great. The woman who checked us in was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Valet guys were efficient and very nice. Quick for such a large hotel. Room was just enough for our needs. Clean. House keeper left us a thank you note after we tipped her which was so nice. Hotel was convenient to everything. Great spot

Had an exceptional overnight get away at beautiful art deco hotel. Central location allowed us walkable access to shopping, exploring, historical landmarks and excellent restaurants. Will be back for sure!

This hotel was great. From the minute you walk in the staff is welcoming you and asking if you. Red assistance. The restaurant Bank and Bourbon in the lobby was amazing and the bar staff second to none. The room was clean and the views were amazing.

This place has nice clean rooms. The gym has a sick treadmill that’s curved. The bar is my favorite because there’s always like a wedding there and it has like a good vibe one of them and Philadelphia and I frequent often. Vallet is super nice too

Our stay was great! Unfortunately, the heat was not working in our room and we had to move to a different room sometime after midnight. They did not have a premium room available that was comparable to the room that we had, so we were downgraded and lost our views of the city. We definitely appreciated being compensated for this change, however, losing our views was a bit of a downer for us both. We made the best of it! Room Service was awesome as well! I've stayed at the Lowe’s before, and will definitely book again!
