Regarding to your lost item that you had mentioned, we are still looking into this matter to see how this problem occurred. As per investigate with Housekeeping team who was check-out your room on 27th December 2018. They have never seen the ring in the bathroom. We would like to acknowledge that we have very strict control of room checking process. In case the housekeeper found the valuable things was left in the room after guest checked out, they will make a call to Front desk staff to inform guest or record in lost&found book if the guest already left out the hotel. We can ensure that all the security protocols established by the chain are strictly followed.
