We booked a family room (double and sofa bed). The sofa bed was very uncomfortable (even for the smaller/lighter kids). The room was too hot and the air con did not cool it down. On the plus side, the bathroom was good with a nice shower and breakfast was excellent.

This hotel surprised me. Nice updated room that was clean. Great breakfast! Easy to park and tight across from train station. Would definitely stay again. Nice staff too!

A 3 night stay here. Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout. The room was spacious and well set out. The hotel is 5 minutes from town centre where the eating and drinking options are numerous. Booking in and checking out was a very smooth process and having underground parking access was a bonus as we stayed during a heavy snow period. Lovely hotel, lovely staff.

We thought the hotel was everything we wanted for our overnight stay. Dog friendly, carpeted rooms, with all necessary facilities, excellent breakfast and friendly efficient staff.

Excellent value for money. Efficient, friendly and cheerful staff. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Very good breakfast included - good choice of food and drinks including hot dishes. Convenient parking with direct lift access to the hotel reception. 5 minutes walk to the main squares/town centre. Although the hotel is opposite the station there is very good soundproofing so we could hardly hear the trains.

Great location - close to train station, 5min walk to "du Place" (Town square) with dozens of restaurants, cafes & sometimes, live musuc. Very friendly, efficient & helpful staff. Large room by Euro standards.

Excellent stop over - recommend
Great place to stop en route to the Alps . Room was for four of us and was huge and comfortable . Location very good and easy to find. The car park is a huge underground parking so loads of space( and secure). Breakfast was good - especially for those with an onward journey. Staff very helpful and the bar and restaurant opened late so even if you arrive late - you can still grab something. Definitely recommend

Good size room, good value for money.
Very pleasant and helpful staff on reception. Room (suite with balcony) was very clean and surprisingly good size for the 4 of us plus a dog and we thought it very good value. Balcony had several very large planters with very dead plants - maybe best to remove the planters completely if they’re not going to be looked after! Dogs not allowed in the breakfast restaurant - would have been useful to know this before we booked as hotel is described as pet friendly. NB Le Mercure next door allows well behaved dogs in the restaurant. The area around the station is certainly not the best in Arras, but the room was quiet, the parking very convenient and overall the hotel is good value for money.

They had A/C in the hotel after I had to be switched from another hotel with no fan and no AC! Great customer service at the holiday inn plus the breakfeast was good! Walk to the train station!

Very clean and functional hotel by the station. Very close to the city centre. Staff are lovely and friendly and look after you. Location is between a car park and the station, so it’s very industrial and there’s no view

Pazrking should be lower. There is always to many cars to park your care safely The bacon for breakfast tastes horrible But the service is fantastic

Close to the City centre (10 minute walk) with discounted access to a private car park. All you would expect from a Holiday Inn, plus attentive staff and well-stocked buffet breakfast. Very good value for money
