Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue muy buena, sin embargo el señor que atiende de noche tiene la peor actitud, es muy grosero! El chico y la chica que atienden otros días, son muy amables y atentos. Y cobran un extra por día y por persona conforme a la estancia, esto no lo especifican nunca y es de muy mal gusto.

During this week, I booked especially a room with large bed, because during the film festival, I had planned to have a friend joigning me in Paris from Normady and stay Saturday night, so we could have late films. And another friend on Wednesday night, for theater. Beside these friends, I also invited over 1 sex friend I knew in Paris, for a moment, not for the night. The man in the reception was REPEATEDLY OUTMOST UNFRIENDLY, making comments "If 2 people room is booked for 1 person, even if you pay city tax, you cannot take in your room another person not registered on day 1. And even less 2 different people. He even FORBID acces to my sex friend.". Is this place a convent? This receptionnist should be replaced. He worked e.g. on Thursday 14th DEC, at 07h00.

Dear Sir,Initially you booked a double room but only for 1 person which means that your reservation allowed only 1 client in the room. As the occupancy of a double room is set to 2 persons and upon a prior request the hotel can authorize another client in the room (but only one and always the same person presenting his passport at the front desk). It implies an additional cost of 15 EUR per day. Not only did we accept a second client in your room but we also didn’t apply this extra charge taking into account your long stay. You tried to invite different persons almost every night and sometimes more than one during the same night which is completely unacceptable.To answer your question : this place is not a convent, it’s a hotel and it has its rules which we respect. Because one of the most important things for us is to ensure guest safety and security in our hotel.

Really convenient pricewise. The receptionists were communicative and polite. The rooms small but cozy. The area was full of restaurants and bars and had a metro station closeby

The beds in the room were very old and the mattress was badly broken. Thr springs dug into my back all night and i had one of the worse nights sleep i have ever had in a hotel. The shower was very badly designed so it was difficult to use.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It’s in a central area of Paris and a lively and interesting neighborhood. The street it is on looked a little run down, as if it has seen better days. Some of the shops and restaurants were closed and boarded up. But, it’s close to A LOT of interesting things that are quintessentially Paris. While the hotel itself offers good amenities, a comfortable bed, a shower and tub, and is quiet from within, I did notice the sound of a lot of truck traffic in the mornings, around 5am. I had a room on level 5 (6th floor) facing the street. This noise was caused by the trash collectors picking up trash. While not unbearable or unusual, I would have appreciated sleeping in a little later. I was able to sleep better as I became more accustomed to the sounds of the neighborhood.

The location of the property was great. The area is lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly. The accomodation was small and not suitable for 3 people/ you could barely fit in the shower/ it was very misrepresented in the booking app. The room appeared dirty. It is not a 3 star- it barely skims a 2 star- it was the last hotel of a 5 week stay and it was the worse- I stayed in 2 star hotels which were bigger, better and cleaner. There were other 3 star hotels on the same street and even the entrances looked better, and they were cheaper. The front of the hotel looked old and dilapidated. So very disappointed.
