Friendly staff and service. Great view and access to beach. Suites could use full size trash cans. If you offer a kitchenette to cook/eat in the suite then you need a full size trash can. TV service went out last night of the stay. Could not access for the whole night. Charged $34.00 property service fees to use hotel facilities, but the hot tub was broken entire trip. Lastly, no parking in front of the actual hotel. You were roped into paying 15.00 daily valet parking or finding a space three hotels down that “share” parking.

To start this places is filthy. The mattresses was soiled and brown. The sheets and blankets had brown stains all over them. We went down stairs for more sheets and blankets they only had two thin blankets. I purchased a mattress cover for we would be able to sleep on the sofa bed. Something was biting us every night that we stayed I couldn’t wait to leave. They ran out of towels and bath clothes so we couldn’t get those either. The floor and stove and other items hasn’t been cleaned for a while. Pool area was nasty looking. The pictures used to represent this hotel must be from years ago when it first open. Because the up keep of it is simply horrible. They need to go through a major inspection. Close and start over. Other than than it was an ocean view. Walking distance to everything in every direction.

Hard to think of much we liked. The location is good and the beach view is great! It was dirty and gritty when we got there like it hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. It was very loud. Parking was convenient and advertised as included but we were charged extra later. It is an old outdated property not like pictures in the app. We loved Panama City Beach but will stay somewhere else next time.

Upon arrival, at about 11pm about 7 hours after checkIn started, we were told that our room was not ready and was preoccupied by another guest, and we could accept a temporary room until the other guests checkout the next day, then we would be moved to our proper room that we booked. The room we were assigned was terribly uninhabitable, as it was so filthy and unsanitary. The floors were so dirty that our feet and socks got dark black just from walking a few steps. The shower had surface and water holes were covered in black mold and slimy fungus. So, we could not bathe at all. We had 4 small children, and both myself and my spouse, arriving at 11pm after long hours of travel. So, this was certainly a painful inconvenience to not be able to bathe AND to have to try to force my toddler to stay on the bed away from the floor. When we got our room reassigned the next morning, there were numerous other guests that had access to our room and were also assigned our same room while we were already in the room.

We booked Radisson based on our past experience of staying at this property 3 years back which was great but this recent experience was terrible. We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4. Onsite parking was very limited, available as valet only as building parking was closed. We were greeted with a clogged bathroom sink. Next morning, entire hallway was wet due to water leak from refrigerator. Got to know, Radisson does not offer daily housekeeping which is something advertised on their booking site. Hot tub was broken all the time. Resort fee does not make any sense when all they had was hot tub, pool and beach access, whereas beach can be accessed from 50 feet from property. Hallway trash cans were stinking and have been full, without being emptied atleast once a day. So basically, there is no place where you can dump your room trash since there is no housekeeping. Upon 3rd day, I had to let reception know that we are due for housekeeping per their every 3rd day cleaning policy, but even after 2 reminders, no one showed up. Next morning, had an argument with the reception, as they mentioned there was a "Do not disturb" sign hanging off my door, which is why they didn't clean the room, which is not true at all. Finally, someone showed up on final night of our stay to clean the room, and to our surprise didn't leave fresh towels and didnt refill soap. Overall, only plus is property location, but if you are traveling with family, i would never book this property again.

We enjoyed our stay. Most of the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The property is located on the strip and convenient to some of the eateries and entertainment of PCB. The downside is that the pathway linking the property and the beach seems unkempt (wear shoes). Also because of location, there's noise most of the night into the early morning. We didn't mind though. We enjoyed our stay and the location overall.

Many amenities were missing from the room: dish pan, dish soap, dish towels, dish cloth. Housekeeping tried to clean our room on Tuesday (3rd day) but DND was out, but they did not try to come back on Wednesday or Thursday. Beach towels were half the size of a small bath towel and were not near pool. Balance due at check-in was more than what was indicated on confirmation.

We stayed in PCB last week for a college baseball tournament. We had 7 families staying and we each had issues with our rooms. The issues were corrected quickly which was appreciated. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all in 6 nights but we were given fresh towels when requested. Jazz at the front desk was our guy and a pleasure to talk to all week. The parking situation wasn’t as bad as anticipated. The hot tub not working annoyed some parents. When I mentioned it I was told we could use the Ramada facilities if we choose, but most didn’t want to walk over due to the inconvenience. The beach was amazing and having all rooms face the gulf is a bonus for sure.

Stayed 6 nights. The floors in the room were not clean. We’re sandy and sticky. Was supposed to have a full clean after the 3rd day and on the 4th day I had to request it three times! On the third time they told me it was too late in the day even though I asked for it at 9 am! Told they would credit me $20 but then they sent someone up anyway - they didn’t even remove our old towels, just put new bedding on and no clean floors! Did not get the credit. Hot tub was broken and place is very noisy with the road outside. Would not recommend the stay.

Called ahead spoke with front desk explained I was already fully paid but was checking in later around 2 am I was told my reservation was noted and when I arrived shortly before 2 am my room was given to someone else and hotel was full capacity. I was given the woorst accommodation ever one bed instead of two unsafe sofa bed so my child had to sleep on floor I had to try to clean with a couple of towels myself . Polk was not clean hot tub was out of service I had to purchase a resort pass to use amenities at another resort because of such poor conditions

However the room you had booked on the website was upgraded from a room with no living area to a larger room with a living area, kitchen and sofa bed and then moved to a room with 2 double beds and a living area and kitchen. This hotel is not up to Radisson (Choice Hotels) standard. It’s in dire need of repairs and updating. Wood rot around a shower that looked so old and nasty I refused to use it. Kitchenette was only half stocked, i.e. 1 drinking glass for a room that sleeps 4, frying pan but no spatula, 3 forks…. Stretched queen sheets and comforter on a king bed. Door to balcony fits so poorly that the wind howls through it. Hot tub (during spring break) out of order, we were told the pool was heated, it was not. Would never stay here again at nearly $200 per night. Quality was like a run down Motel 6

The staff was nice but we arrived after driving 9 hours and the televisions didn’t work and the windows were paper thin, these lifted trucks with loud exhaust drove back and forth infront of the hotel for hours! We got zero sleep! The floors and toilet were nasty; the shower was clean and fridge was clean, no bedding for the pull out sofa I eventually had to get a set the next day after making 3 request. We travel a lot for vacations and my oldest gymnastics tournaments and this is my first 2 star review! The plus was that the staff was nice and the hotel is located on the beach!!

Valet was no where to be found when guests needed vehicles, hotel staff had to unlock box to give guests keys to fetch their own cars. Room had leftover chips and sand on the floor. Night staff were not helpful or kind. Hot tub was “broken” during our entire stay. Pool was closed at 8pm. Hotel is in good location, close to shopping and right on the beach.

Staff was friendly and accommodating! View was amazing! Hot tub wasn't working which was a bummer, but other than that hotel was very nice for the price. No breakfast available which I'm pretty sure I read that was provided.... So if you're planning on continental breakfast you better bring something... Kitchenette was a plus. We made breakfast for the kids and had a great stay!

3/13 at 4 pm was our day of check in and my friend and I ended up being on an earlier flight than expected and arrived to Radisson hotel around 10:30 am. We spoke with the front desk about a possible early check in. She said that they didn't have a room available which we understood but we asked if we could leave our luggage with them until we could check in. The woman at the front desk was saying no sorry the only thing I can do for you is give you a car pass for the parking lot. We didn't bring a car so that wouldn't have helped us. It wasn't until someone else stepped in that we were able to leave our stuff. We ended up leaving and finding things to do and came back to the hotel around 3:40 pm. We asked the front desk if our room was ready to which they responded no check in time is at 4 and someone else is in your room right now so I'm not sure if we will be able to get you in your room at 4. So we waited until 4 and went to check in. The person checking us in had us sign a waiver for the fees of the room key and arm band if they were not returned. Which we signed but then were not given any armbands. When I mentioned that to him he said oh we know we don't give out armbands. I said okay well can I have an updated contract so that it reflects that? He said let me get the manager. So the manager came out and I explained the situation. She said in a very rude manner might I add did I didn't give you any arm bands? No then we won't charge you. The floors were also sticky.

Room are very outdated. There was sand on the floor from previous guest. Iron broken iron board broken. Thin walls ypu hear everything from other rioms. Kinited parking unless ypu pay valet .

The floors in our room where super sticky to the point that we had to lay down towels on the floor to avoid walking on the floor barefoot. Please consider using the extra money you charge for being underage to purchase a high quality steam mop to thoroughly clean the floors. Site did not mention valet parking was required. Beach chairs/umbrella pictured are not free, there is a supplemental fee for this and vendor typically closes at 4:00 pm. Requested new towels and a change of sheets, this was never provided to us. Outdoor pool was not heated and hot tub was broken. I still do not know what the supplemental resort fee provides because it's not parking, not beach chairs, not a heated pool, and no hot tub. The free waters were nice, the view from our room and balcony was great, and the clear blue water was amazing. The location is also awesome but just wish that the hotel was a little cleaner, staff was a little more attentive to requests, and that valet parking had more workers, as there was only one employee the whole time we were there and the hotel was sold out the entire weekend. Poor guy was having to do it all, with dozens of people at a time waiting for their vehicles. This was one of the few hotels whose minimum age to check-in was 18, so was excited when I found this hotel and saw that was it located right on the beach. I will be 21 next year, so I will have tons of hotel options next year if we return to PCB. More than likely, it will not be here.
