My family and I didn't like the noise from either the pipes or ductwork during the night time and in the early morning. We couldn't sleep with all the noise.

While this hotel is one of my preferred properties in the area, I will choose to stay on a Lowe and hopefully more recently renovated floor. The rooms on the higher floors were smaller and cramped. Some fixtures were visibly chipped, aged or shabby. The balcony was visibly dirty, grimy and had what looked like ash on the furniture.

time to put the dog down. This is old. Can't believe Hilton is putting their name on this property. NOT to standard. Rooms are really old and in bad shape especially the bathrooms

As a regular guest of Hilton hotels, this was the first I was disappointed in the service. Throughout our two day stay we did not receive any housekeeping service. Even after being away from the room early at the pool, we came back to no service and no clean towels. On our second outing for the day we went down and requested service to the room and clean towels. We returned to the room that night with still no clean room or towels. I had to ask a housekeeper in the hall way if we could get clean towels and get our used ones removed. She advised me to leave them outside the room and said she could service us now. We had a long day and was ready to get clean and rest so told her just to give us the towels and we had to leave our pile of used towels on the outside of our door. I was looking forward to coming back to a clean room to shower and rest. It was very disappointing. On check out I did mention our situation to Ebert or Everett I can't remember his name. He was very apologetic and offered removing the hotel fees. Very appreciative for his attempt to rectify what happened.

Right across from Disney springs so that was nice. The room was decent. The parking was terrible, far from the hotel entrance and elevator area unless you did valet. Key card never worked at the gate so you had to call for help so they could open the gate. Not a bad stay but probably wouldn’t stay again.

The location is amazing. Within walking distance of Disney Springs, we enjoyed the pool, pool side bar with guests then headed to DS for the evening. We had a balcony room which allowed us to watch the fireworks in the evening.

One of the best locations (In front of Disney Springs), excellent restaurants and bars, excellent room views...The only thing I didn't like is the daily Resort Fee of $43 I think is too much.

Hotel is very convenient if you are here for Disney. You can walk right into Disney Springs. Pool is nice, with fun things to do or just to relax in the sun. Parking is easy for self parking but pricy. Staff was NOT at all helpful, generous, or kind for that matter. I informed them ahead of time that this was a trip for our anniversary in hopes they could give me insight towards something special that they may have offered. I wasn’t looking for anything free, but sometimes hotels will give you an upgrade or offer you something we could purchase. We got nothing. Barely an acknowledgment. The staff that cleaned our room spent more time parked outside our door each morning speaking loudly to one another in a foreign language than they did on cleaning our room. When they did come in the room sometimes the bed would be made, sometimes the garbage removed. It was like they would decide what they felt on doing for the day. Checking in the woman seemed annoyed about having to check us in. It was as if we interrupted her from talking with another staff member. Again, staff got along great with each, but when you ask a question or interrupt their conversations you are greeted as an annoyance. Room overall was comfortable, but this is not the hotel you want to stay at for a relaxing trip. It is constantly filled with conventions. In a 5 day trip we encountered 3 different conventions. They are loud and every where. All hours of the day and night!

Parking is not ideal, staff is friendly, but had a bad experience with the manager when I asked for a late checkout after my child had a rough night. Clear communication and goodwill goes a long way, which is what I eventually got from his boss.
