I was skeptical when the parking lot was shared with a Burger King and the outside of the side of the building didn’t look very nice for a Double Tree but I was beyond impressed. This was the best stay I’ve had in years! It was cleaner and the bed was more comfortable than a stay double the price at another establishment. The hallway was the quietest I’ve ever experienced and I was on the first floor! The staff was all very friendly and the warm cookies and water was such a nice touch at check in. I will definitely choose again!

The people who work at this doubletree are really nice and helpful. The facilities in the common areas and the pool are really nice as well. I was very disappointed with the suite we rented. It need new carpets long ago and made the room smell bad. The walls and bathroom had scoffs all over the walls, the toilet leaked. Time for an update in the suite because at over $300 a night the condition of the room was embarrassing. We won’t be back to these suite rooms. Too bad because the people were great.

I got the king suite and was disappointed with the condition. The chair next to the couch was covered in mysterious white stains. Gross. The curtains were the same way. The bedding was fine. The bathroom door didn't have a way to stay closed. Overall disappointed since I paid extra to have a nice room with my family.

Great hotel!

This place was great! We stopped in Omaha due to bad weather on our drive back west. Great location, super friendly, professional and helpful staff. Great fitness center. Suite was cozy and had a beautiful bathroom. Would stay again!

Needs an All-around Refresh

This hotel once again is in need of a refresh. Massive stains on the room carpet, a deep clean needed in the bathroom, regrouting, reflooring and a better staff could make this place much better. It's on the downtrend of the remodel cycle and needs a refresh in a bad way.

Honestly one of the nicest places i have stayed in! We took our girls for the weekend and it was really clean! Our only quam was that our mattress was very hard but that could be chalked up to the mattress possibly being new.

Check in left much to be desired. It is amazing how a first impression can influence the rest of the stay. Facilities were nice. Bed was great. Room seemed clean except for the rug which had many stains that could be seen the next morning when we opened the blinds. Poor lighting, which was fine for computers but not for reading a book.
