Lovely and remote.
Lovely hotel and great views out into the countryside. Food was excellent and we had a great dinner on the second night with a lovely waiter looking after us. Staff were all very friendly throughout and the rooms were comfortable. Can't really fault it.

What assumed to me is that they were judging me and as a costumer (as always)you feel that. This was not appropriate and very shameful. For the rest the hotel is a lovely place to stay.

The location is nice, a bit far out of the living area. Unfortunately the road is noisy so when you're at the restaurant you hear cars passing by. The spa is nice, not too busy with decent Sauna's and swimming pool. The jacuzzi in the rooms are very noisy and not very pleasant to stay in. Also a pitty that the 2p beds are made from 2 separate mattresses, which is never a pleasant experience when staying with 2. Also for some reason there were no double sets of drinks in the minibar. And why didn't they ask at the check-out how my stay was? Doesn't that happen anymore?

Gem in Eindhoven
This is a great hotel, perfect if you do not want to stay in the city and prefer a rural setting without compromising on the luxury of the city. The setting is fantastic in the forest, the food and service is great and the room comfortable. Gym is ideal for quick cardio and a run in the forest is a must. Would definitely stay here again when in the Eindhoven district.

Short Business Visits
I stayed in this hotel twice over a short period of time travelling in the Netherlands. It is a football fans dream, with the history of great teams having stayed there. Along the corridor the images of great teams gone by fill the walls. As you walk round the corner, you are greeted by signed shirts of National and domestic teams... The hotel restaurant, home to white table clothes and fine dining, the meal was perfectly cooked, which compliments a great wine list. The bar area is nicely lit for a relaxed atmosphere with a great range of spirits and beers. The Hotel Spa, and Gym are clean, wonderfully designed, spacious and a great place to stay. Unfortunately the opening hours of the spa don't allow you a visit into the evening, so if travelling in the day, when you want to get back, have a meal and relax, the option is not available. I will stay again however, as great value and a good location for the business I have in the area.

Fantastic facilities, great staff
The hotel is really good, check in was friendly and we used the swimming pool and spa pool. The dinner menu was good and the food was really excellent, service was brilliant. Overall a really good experience

Overall the hotel was pleasant however the rooms had a really musty smell. I left the window open all night but it still didn't shift it. Pillows were not overly comfy and the double bed was 2 singles pushed together which wasn't the ideal. Breakfast was nice and staff all were very pleasant.

Great spa
Overall I lovely place to stay due to the location (surrounded by woods and water) and the facilities. The spa was wonderful. Very clean. The rooms are good in size but could need renovations. Carpet and wall paper were off putting. It seems they only renovated bathrooms as in our room at least the bathroom was modern and nice. The breakfast buffet was plenty and diverse. Staff were nice too! So In total I recommend the place

Relaxing break
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The spa was very relaxing and clean and the room was big and really relaxing. The walk to Oisterwijk station was around 45 minutes and you walk through some very nice trees and lots of trails around.

Nice, clean & quiet.
The only issue was not being able to swipe in after hours with your card. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The breakfast was very good & clean in the dining area. Overall we would definitely stay again & recommend it to others. Thank you.

lovely family orientated hotel
We stayed 2 nights but would definitely return for a longer period to enjoy and explore all this area has to offer want to bring the grandchildren too. We was impressed how child friendly the area was with plenty of play areas and safety of the bike trails

Beautiful hotel in the middle of a forest
Ideal location in the middle of an amazing forest which has things to do for the whole family. So peaceful and tranquil hotel with very friendly staff. Great spa features located inside the hotel with all amenities including a gym. Bike rental available also the hotel offers everything a person or family could need. Will definitely be back again in the future

We stayed for one night with lovely weather on Sunday. The two rooms we booked were ok, but may need to be refurbished to bring them back in a more modern style, contemporary and attracting a wider range of guests. The service was perfect as usual and the restaurant we can recommend.

Friendly staff and clean hotel in good condition. The food in the restaurant is always excellent, with a nice ambiance and good service. Nice grounds, plenty of parking and a nice bar area for a pre-dinner drink. Breakfast is nice, a good range of food and drink.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and even the night porter got very wet when he ran to my husbands car with an umbrella for him,we would not stay anywhere else

The hotel is located approximately 4Km from the station of Oisterwijk, taxis were not at the station but local restaurant was happy to call 1 for me although this took some time - Approx 12 Euro to the hotel. Receptionist was very helpful in organising a taxi for me for the following day. Nice gym and spa facilities - gym may be used 24/7 by requesting key from reception but pool and spa open for limited times in morning and 5 til 9pm. Restaurant was good but a little on the expensive side breakfast also typical of the region and mostly cold cuts with a selection of breads, yogurt and fruit but plenty to choose from and at a fair price. This was only an overnight stay for me but found the hotel very nice although for longer stays I would recommend a car as there doesn't seem to be much in the immediate surroundings apart from nice tree lined walks(unlit) but a few nice eateries closer to the station. I would stay here again as reasonably priced and comfortable.

You have to drive to get to town but hotel sits in a lovely wooded location overlooking small lake. Hotel very quiet, rooms of good size but not huge. Lovely exterior bar/terrace area with gas heaters. Did not have a meal at the hotel and never saw a menu anywhere to be tempted. But for its size Oisterwijk is spoiled for choice with restaurants and so unless you have no transport then simply go into the town.There are some restaurants on the same road as hotel within 400m either way and so you could walk to them and not drive but not sure I would want to as I did not recall any lights! Breakfast buffet included (hot and cold) and was very good. Staff were excellent.Can be a bit difficult to find in the dark as the hotel is part of a complex with separate entrances.Plenty of parking. Wellness centre was excellent and free (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym). Not quite as luxurious as its sister hotel in same town (Bos en Ven) but then it has a better wellness centre.WiFi instructions said to buy a voucher for the day but actually WiFi access seemed free and worked in the rooms and all public areas and outside. Bathroom good (excellent shower and bath tub).Only gripe was that double bed was actually two single beds pushed together. TV a bit small.Good sized fridge but no tea/coffee making facilities but this is a rather British thing and so no big surprise.Would definitely go back there and would be my first choice of hotels in Oisterwijk/Vught/Den Bosch

The hotel and its surrounding area were everything we desired for an over night stay. Large rooms, big comfortable bed, clean bathroom etc: The Breakfast was typical European continental, with a good selection and a warm element of scrambled eggs.The only downside of the whole stay was the food costs in the restaurant. We decided to eat out in the local town, I couldn't stomach 11 Euros for a bowl of soup as a starter, and many main courses at over 25 euros, with an average of 10 for a dessert. we are not gourmets so too expensive for us. The bar abrasserie in town was very good, great food at reasonable prices. This rerstaurant was the only negative point.

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel mais ne vaut pas 4 étoiles. - décoration très vieille et état général assez dégradé : serviettes sales encore étendues sur le portant de la salle de bains à l’arrivée, pas de papier remis dans les toilettes, aucun chauffage mis avant la prise de la chambre (en plein mois de novembre), nettoyage à revoir. - des installations modernes dans le spa (sauna,hammam) à côté d’une piscine ultra vieillissante (bouton rouillé, eau trouble). Jacuzzi agréable mais peu propre. Plafond avec de la moisissure dû à l’humidité. Pour un 4 étoiles faire payer 10€ pour le peignoir par jour … cela ne me semble pas très cohérent. - environnement très verdoyant parfait pour les amoureux des balades en forêt, très belle ville à 5min en voiture. - petit déjeuner raisonnable mais loin d’un standing d’un 4 étoiles et ne vaux pas le prix demandé. Pas de chocolat chaud, peu de choix en salé. L’ambiance du restaurant est agréable et le personnel très sympathique. Dans l’ensemble bon hôtel 2 étoiles pour un court séjour et pour un prix à revoir au vu des prestations !

We wish you had a better experience. Nevertheless, we can learn a lot from this kind of feedback to improve ourselves. We work hard to provide our guests with a fantastic experience, but in your case we apparently fell short. It is the job of housekeeping to maintain the room daily. We will therefore speak to them about this so that this will not happen again in the future!

Perfecte plek om een (lang) weekend naartoe te gaan en te relaxen. Topontbijt, goede sauna en prima kamer. Ook getennist, maar tennisbaan van kunstgras had groene plekken en was op bepaalde plekken glad. Verder super!

Lunch bestelling was niet doorgekomen, dus na een uur alsnog opnieuw besteld, dit werd wel snel opgepakt. Een beetje jammer dat een vroegere incheck extra geld kost, dit is tot nu toe in andere hotels nooit het geval geweest.. Wel nette kamers en goede bedden.
