Great staff. Very thoughtful coffee machine in lobby. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Would feel much nicer if all the lighting was warm white LEDs instead of daylight bulbs.

When we checked in we were told that they have a problem with people breaking into customers cars and were advised to park out front and take everything out of our car so it doesn't get stolen. Thankfully our car was not broken into. Staff was nice, but I didn't feel safe.

This hotel is only 3 minutes from the Oakland Airport and the rental car return and was very cheap in price compared with other hotels in the area. It is very convenient. The staff person was very helpful, check in went flawlessly and well as the check out. Staff helped me with requests and also with directions and advice. The room was spacious, modern and clean, bathroom was very nice, shower was very spa like and ample hot water. Room was well AC and warm, and quiet. Staff offered a shuttle to the airport or to rental car return (pay Uber for you) if I liked. They had a typical breakfast lay out to choose from with a good selection of food, as well as a coffee making machine that made espresso drinks. The hotel was an oasis in the middle of the bad neighborhood that surround the Oakland airport. I highly recommend this establishment to stay at when flying out of Oakland airport. I felt safe, comfortable and well cared for at the hotel.

Good enough, especially for the price
It was fine. Standard no frills. The room was clean and comfortable. Hot water was hot. Water pressure is good. Front desk warned me that there are a lot of car break-ins. I always appreciate a heads up. Luckily nothing happened to any cars during my stay.

The Breakfast is one of the best for quick breakfast but need to know everyone don't do pork also the mattress need flipping or replacement fill like you sliding down to the headboard

Hotel looked good and clean. Staff was very friendly. But after staying in room 319 I have bed bug bites all over my body. I have called and notified the hotel.

Very friendly staff and excellent accommodation. Dis like on main floor bathroom being lock where you need a key card and the front door being lock partial of day because you are sitting in thewaiti g area and if a fire 🔥 occur you need the clerk to be behind desk to open from in side.

The property was ok. They dont have dining there ,but you can walk to another hotel and get food. The day staff was amazing. I forgot his name but he was great. The early morning lady couldn't find the information for the ride share, but she said the company would reimburse me. I haven't checked yet to see if they did. It was goof for what we needed. We were in town for one night. I love that is close to the airport.

Nice and clean but the door lock is very inconvenience especially if you need to go to restroom and having a key to use the general bathroom when checking in is a little extreme

The room you can tell had been cleaned in the same manor as always because certain areas of the room were dusty. We used the restroom as soon as we got into the room and there was no soap. Staff were friendly checking us in. They were efficient, but the area was pretty sketchy. Staff on the way out on the other hand looked like they rolled out of bed themselves. I normally stay at higher end hotels, but the location of this hotel and price point to the Oakland Arena for a concert made me give it a try. I will trust my instincts and remember you get what you pay for.

Nice place in the wrong place
We could tell it was in an area with some crime based on several things we experienced and that sort of put a damper on our experience. Not that we were victims of any crime, mind you. It was that we had to be buzzed into the lobby, and we were asked all sorts of questions when we asked the clerk to book an Uber for us at their cost (there policy in lieu of an airport shuttle). It just gave us an ick factor that probably means we won't be back. Too bad, though, because the property was pretty well run and maintained...

Very nice and clean hotel. Area was kind of in the cuts so at first your like where am I going but then you pull up and it’s this nice hotel inside and out! The front desk lady named Abrielle(hope I’m spelling that right?) was soo nice and welcoming, and very helpful we really appreciated her. 😇 We will be returning in the future! Thank You all!! 🙏

It's very quiet and it's just secluded from places to walk to at night. Other than that it's a nice clean and quiet place. I came with my big family. I would come back. The front desk was very nice

The check-in manager told me thieves break into cars in the parking lot almost every night. She stated thieves smash car windows to steal car's contents. A tenant confirmed the danger, stating the motel is located in a "lawless area". Expedia should warn customers of the danger of this location.

The general area around there is very sketchy but the hotel felt safe and was very nice. Very clean room, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was top notch. Employees were very friendly. Cons~ no fan in bathroom, bathroom door does not stay open

Ok for a layover if you don’t mind the smell of body funk in the bed. I am sure they wash the sheets, but the pillows and mattress should be burned. Staff was pleasant. It was only a 5 hour stay.

The free breakfast is amazing...its located around alot of restaurants and right next to the freeway...the staff was very helpful...the room was very spacious and clean...i had a little problem with the room on the first night and they changed my room and refunded me for for that first night..which was amazing..i would stay here again for sure...
