Hotels.com charge me the reservation and then the Quality Inn charged me again because they said It was not paid.
so now I am going to spend my time trying to solve this issue.
I guess overall it was okay, room was clean but the mattress was very uncomfortable. It was lumpy and it caved in the middle. As for the breakfast, eggs were cold.will think twice about staying there again.

I like that it was not a tall building. I did not like that the handicap access was limited and the receptionist told us that we need to specify that at the time of making the reservation, but I did not see that option. That was a big issue at this visit.
I was not happy with the property at all. We found bedbugs in the bed in the first room and some other type of insect in the bed of the second room. The sheets and pillow shams were stained and filthy as if ne er washed properly. The cover appeared to have old blood stains as well. We tried to get different rooms which was not possible according to management. We requested a refund and have not received it. We stayed up all night on the first night because we did not feel safe sleeping in dirty bedbug infested beds. We partially took turns sleeping in two office chairs and ultimately spent all of Saturday looking for a different hotel.
