The only thing I didn't like waas expedia service. Charged my card from booking online but did not go through to hotel that it showed no good at the ho er els end. Trying to get my money back for I was not going to have to pay twice for expedia error, especially when I received confirmations by text and email and now this survey. Was also told there would be cereals oatmeal and that for breakfast and all we received was a paper bag with a yogart, plastic spoon, a fruit punch a rice krispy treat and a chewy bar big difference for what we were told. The hotel could use some revamping. Old

The staff are on phones while dealing with customers and treat customers as a distraction. The first room we were assigned had no remote for the tv, a random lamp sitting forgotten and unplugged in the room, garbage from previous tenants, and the smoke detector torn off the ceiling and placed in a drawer, leaving exposed wires. The fixtures in the bathroom weren't attached to the walls. Slime literally dripped down the walls next to the beds. Toenail clippings and all manner of large debris lined the walls and furniture on the carpet and clear signs of bedbugs abounded. They reassigned us to a second room, regarding us as a nuisance and the second room was almost as bad as the first. Slimy walls with goo dripping down them, filthy floors and this time no shower curtain. We had to carefully treat all our clothes for bedbug prevention, since there is obviously no one vacuuming between stays. I certainly do not believe this is legally compliant with basic hygienic regulations. And there's a big sign saying "no refunds after check-in" to ensure you pay them even if you see the room and try to run. 0/5 stars. Easily the worst hotel I've ever seen in my 40 years alive.

The hotel was not very clean. They had no extra pillows. The ice machine was broken, the water filling station was broken and the washer and dryer was out of order. They also collected hundred dollars for incidentals and actually charge the credit card and I really hope that they credited back to my card in a few days, it was not worth the money in anyway the room smelled bad and the pillowcases were stained

They charge u different prices every time first it was a $25 refundable deposit for my dog then it was $20 extra each day then it was $20 plus a $100 deposit these peoples are very slow and they always say there is no management around to talk don’t go to this place it is terrible

i didn't like anything about the property. it was dirty, dusty. the walls adjascent to the beds toilets were very dirty, like some sat there and spit on them. which when i looked it up i found out was bed bug matter. my husband and i checked into room 101 first. i wanted to take a shower. the bathtub was so dirty, it was black. the tub liner was so dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned at least a year. I had the head house keeper come down and look at it. and when she did, i found out that she didn't speak english. she did however had an interpreter with her. I showed them around and made sure they knew how dirty it was. the interpreter asked me "so what do you want us to do"? I said what do you want me to do? I said get us a clean room. they put us in room 110. that wasn't much better. the night before we checked out (friday night) there was a family of 4 arguing with the desk clerk. we listened for a few minutes. when we tried to walk by, the gentleman arguing with the clerk looked at us and said "there are bed bugs in this hotel) at that point, we went into our room and pulled the bed apart. this is what we found; I took the pillow cases of and found that they were very dirty with what looked like sweat stains. I took the bed apart, and this is what i found; both the top sheet and fitted sheet were badly stained, each layer below that there was a zip up mattress cover. i checked the mattress. there was what looked like small apple seed

This property is very dirty as soon you open lobby doors the smell carpets were very dirty floors the give a room and as soo. As he opens the door all the sheets were stained sofa stained hair in the bathroom u imagine the time i got at the hotel at 2 am so i left and got another hotel

This place is a dump!! Advertised wifi... there was none. Entire place was run down; doors insecure, bathroom unsanitary, furniture damaged, paint peeling lamps not working, looked like mold growing on bathroom ceiling so I didn't attempt to use the shower.. Looked as if it had been flooded. Never again. If this is Wyndham quality, I'm going Marriott.

This was one of the worst stays we have ever had at a motel. The bathroom was not clean, and all the furniture was literally falling apart. "Breakfast" was a rationed small granola bar, small yogurt, and a child's juice box. The wifi was also not working. The man at the desk who checked us in and out was nice, but that is all I can say that was good.

Rotten smelly cesspool.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The whole hotel smelled horrible, but the rooms were unbearably rotten smelling, like a corpse in the summer heat. The whole place was filthy, the furniture in the room was falling apart. The toilet and sink leaked all over the bathroom floor. No WiFi, no hot water. Absolutely disgusting and horrid. The room was also infested with fleas.

There was a lot of black hair in the bath tub, we saw bugs on the walls. The floor was dirty. The pillows had a huge yellow stain the sheets had stains . The hallway smelled like drugs. It was horrible.

Worst hotel I stayed at. Dirty and smells like smoke and odor everywhere. I am not sure how this hotel passed health inspection. We had to sleep in our sleeping bags on top of beds. On top of that they try to charge us for vehicle parking.

Upon check in, attendant didnt seem like he knew whst he was doing. He isn't good with people, myself or a few other customers who were there when i was. Next morning there was no breakfast at 630am. This is why i booked this hotel, the free breakfast as i am a diabetic. Upon check out, about 750am, there was still no breakfast as advertised. Workers didn't seem to care. Very unhappy about this. The overall rating 1 I would give is for the staff as they are good and treated well . The room was having the smoke smell , window glasses were broken, air conditioner/lights , microwave everything dusty. Don’t expect the free breakfast as specified on features . It’s one of worst pack given with biscuit, some flavoured juice . It’s a snack pack . Not worth . The hotel requires more renovations and quality checks .
