small shower created dangerous conditions putting water on the tile floor. tv input had to be selected each and every time you turn off/on again. table didn't fit the space.

I’m sorry for not having a regular room available for your stay we were completely sold old for the last 4 days . The TV will be looked at and it should not of done that , I hope on you’re next stay we would be able to put in a room with a full bath .

its not the ritz, so dont expect it to be
clock was set wrong and buttons were torn up to the point you couldnt reset it. 2 lamps didnt work. and watch your toes going into the bathroom!!! bed was comfy. all seemed reasonably clean for a hotel. had THREE packs of decaf coffee and one real coffee packet. that should have been the other way around!

Didn't like the front desk check in. Felt uncomfortable. She was behind a window. Like it was an unsave area to stay in. Won't choose it again. Room was very nice and very clean.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I checked in. Lobby was clean and fresh smelling.

Bed was clean, we really only slept there. Hotel is dated but appears hotel staff do the best they can with what they have to work with. Linens/towels were clean. Lots of noise outside and in the halls in the middle of the night. Heater unit leaked on the carpet causing wet socks.

Highly recommend
In a safe area with tons of restaurants. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice receptionists. Great experience! Highly recommend.

Surprisingly the hotel was better than i expected. Only thing i didnt like was, they dont have any complimentary breakfast. But there was a wafflehouse next doorr, waffle world and McDonald's across the street.And the price was an excellent.

I really liked the courtesy of the front desk! Didn’t like not having an ice machine on on floor 4. Had to get ice from Lobby! There was no sink stopper to hold water in basin. I DID NOT report this to management.

Sorry for the inconvenience we will look into the ice machine being only on ground floor but in past we have had complaints of the ice machine being on floors and customers being loud or the noise because of coolers being filled , the stopper if you called the front desk they would of gladly bought you one. But I thank you for supporting us and look forward to seeing you in the future

Overall nice facility and convenient to most major routes and highway. Plenty of surrounding fast food places not much so sit in like a diner. Property clean and staff helpful and pleasant.

Weekend Getaway!!!!
It was extremely easy to check-in & check-out. The staff was very friendly & helpful. There were so many restaurants & shopping areas close to the hotel. This hotel is now on my list of hotels to stay at during my trips whenever I visit the city.
