We had a wonderful time. The hotel was of its location, very French and delightful, just the place for a short break in the south of France. Location was great, easy to walk everywhere and staff were so friendly and helpful. We will go back!

L’albergo è situato in una buona posizione centrale e la camera doppia era carina anche se molto piccola e con un forte odore di fogna provenire dal bagno, tuttavia devo dare una stella a questo albergo per il trattamento che ho ricevuto. In breve, nella camera si sentiva costantemente, a intervalli regolari di un minuto, un rumore di vibrazione molto fastidioso che rendeva difficile l’addormentarsi. Ho chiesto alla reception al mattino se fosse possibile controllare la causa di questa vibrazione e risolverla. Il ragazzo che era alla reception in quel momento molto gentilmente mi ha risposto che avrebbe controllato. Alla sera, poiché il suono di vibrazione continuava insistentemente, sono tornato alla reception per chiedere se si era capita l origine del rumore. La signora alla reception (bionda, con i capelli a caschetto ed occhiali) mi ha riso in faccia dicendomi che non poteva risolvere in alcune modo il problema e che l’albergo era tutto pieno. Faccio presente che non avevo chiesto un cambio di stanza, ma semplicemente se si fosse capito il motivo del rumore e fosse possibile risolverlo. In ogni caso, la receptionist ha continuato a rispondere in modo arrogante e altezzoso, arrivando a dire che non era un suo problema e che non era lei la titolare dell’albergo, e in quanto dipendente non era interessata a risolvere la questione. Alla fine, sono tornato in stanza senza aver risolto il problema e con l’amaro in bocca. A riprova della malafede, non ha voluto dirmi il nome.

Excellent location, 15-20 min walk to all major sights. 5 min walk from the tram stop also. Lovely breakfast room and small lounge, and area outside to sit/eat also. Staff all lovely.

Great location. 10-min walk to the Nice Ville train station, 5-min walk to the beach. We used the hotel as a crash-pad for 4 adults. Room was tight, bathroom was smaller but we somehow managed. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the lovely breakfast/garden area, but there was confusion during checkout on whether breakfast was included with the booking (check the booking details carefully!). Staff was very kind. Expensive hotel for what you get, but we paid for the location and it delivered on that.

Great little place to stay in Nice, close to everything. Staff pleasant - carried our bags upstairs for us as there is no lift. Breakfast simple but filling, and woman serving breakfast was lovely. Room was large with a balcony. Bathroom good size and functional. Only mild issue we had was when we arrived bang on check in time (we'd had a looong transit to Nice so were keen to rest), we were initially treated less than great, like we were an inconvenience and told quite matter-of-factly (to put it nicely) that it would be half an hour until our room was ready. We were allowed to wait in the lounge until then and later the person at reception was quite apologetic, and helpful, maybe they were busy/frazzled/running behind, but the initial greeting kind of left a bad first impression.

Wonderful boutique hotel just a couple blocks from the Promenade des Anglais. Room very clean & comfortable, with charming accents. Breakfast enjoyed in the courtyard was wonderful. I highly recommend!

Couldn’t ask for better!
I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff at the hotel especially the two young women at reception. We had a problem with a leased car and they were so understanding - did we need to stay another day or leave. Whatever we needed they were always there to help. So efficient and welcoming. We will definitely return. I can’t say enough about how professionally we were treated. The room was very nice, great location. Excellent all around. Great value for money. Bravo!

This is a little gem. Elegant and charming. In a stunning villa. Beautifully decorated. Wonderful staff. Nothing was a problem. So close to the beach but just far enough away from things so its quiet and serene. Has a lovely garden where you can have a drink or breakfast. Adorable.

The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The decor was lovely and our room comfortable for family of four. Great location, close to the water, cafes, and the tram. Would stay there again.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel is beautiful and our room was very nice with a small balcony that overlooked the street below. Breakfast was excellent with several vegetarian options. The number 2 tram stop that will also take you to the airport is a 5 minute walk.

Rest stay with great public transportation options
The hotel was in a great location, only one block to the beach and great public transportation options were near by. The room was small but for one person it was fine. The only thing I didn't like was the high price of bottled water in the room. I thought it should be free especially since the room didn't have a refrigerator.

We liked the location, which was within walking distance of Gare Nice Ville and also close to the Promenade and beach. The breakfast was good, the room was clean and quiet, beds comfortable, staff friendly, so we really enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Good for short light travel
Close to tram (Alsace-Lorraine stop), bus (rue Marechal Joffre and promenade) Walking distance to city center and sea Quiet neighborhood, nice small café on the corner. Friendly professional staff at the reception. Small room (but this is what was expected). little shower, but strong stream and hot water. Basic functional furniture. No elevator. I liked the fact that the hotel manager asked for any suggestions when I checked out. To me it seems as she cares for customers’ experience

The building is a beautiful, unique place (inside and out) with history. Comfortable rooms, close to the beach, the bus, the tram, restaurants, markets and shops. I would stay there again on another visit to Nice
