The room was perfect for the trip as it was a last minute trip into the city but the room was really small and hot. The thermostat stated it was cooler than what the room temperature was and I could not sleep. I will always trust the Hilton hotels for their safety and cleanliness!

Rooms are clean, the staff is great. Only issue are the elevators. Super slow, most of the time you will find a line of people waiting to access any of the 3 elevators. I would recommend requesting a lower level room and just using the stairs.

I absolutely loved how friendly the staff were. The location was less than 15 mins walking distance from Times Square which was great and the area was surrounded by food. The rooms were a bit smaller but I heard that’s common for NYC hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I didn't realize when booking how close to everything this hotel was! We literally walked almost everywhere. We were able to check in early and the staff was so friendly and courteous the entire time of our stay. Housekeeping and maintenance responded almost immediately when needed. It wasn't the most expensive hotel but the room was nice and comfortable. Would stay there again without hesitation. Another shout out to the staff. Literally some of the best I've had the pleasure of using.

Room not cleaned after 2 nights. When they did, the wet floors had dark shoe marks where someone walked after clean. I used a towel and cleaned. Carpet needs an upgrade.

Staff great. Including breakfast wait staff. Room acceptable but bathroom door didn’t close completely. Elevators slow—a perennial problem everywhere. Somebody stood outside her door one night and talked loudly on her cell for a long time but that’s not Hilton’s fault.

Room did not have any closet or area to hang clothes. We had a handicap room and when you took a shower the whole bathroom floor got wet and we needed to use 3-4 towels to dry the floor otherwise it would have been very slippery.

Great staff and easy walkable distance from things I would stay here again!! Only complaint was my bed was squeaky and the first night the water for my shower never got hot but it has been really cold outside!

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn New York/Central Park was overshadowed by a distressing encounter with a hotel staff member. Late one night, I requested help with my coffee maker. The staff member who assisted made inappropriate comments and an unwelcome proposition after fixing the issue, asking if I slept alone followed by a suggestion to sleep together. This left me feeling extremely unsafe. I reported the incident immediately to room service and again to the hotel manager upon checkout, who promised a follow-up that never came. This experience has deeply shaken my trust in the safety and professionalism expected at such a reputable hotel. The lack of response and action from the hotel management is disappointing and concerning.
