Like: location, room itself, purified water next to the room, service (lobby team). Hotel is really nice Did not like:1st room smelled of smoke (heavily). 2nd room was not cleaned good enough (garbage hair on sofa / bed)… but all was fixed on request

Close to a lot of sight seeing. Subway is easy to get to and the E gets you practically to Central Park without changing trains! Battery Park is 2 blocks away. WTC is right there. Perfect for elderly people who cannot walk a long distance to see the pretty parts of NYC. Reasonable price And the coffee is great!

The view was the only redeemable quality. No onsite restaurant, two twin beds under a sheet instead of an actual king bed and the furniture is old and broken.

Excellent location! Stayed in kitchenette suite! Loved the wonderful experience of NYC. Got a superb package deal from Expedia for Easter weekend. Easter parade was amazing!

This is my new go to hotel in New York. The front desk person who checked us in provided the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. The coffee and tea station along with the reusable water bottles were a nice touch. The location is perfect because it’s not noisy with tons of traffic and car horns. 9.8/10 only because the terrace was closed due to the storm but that’s not about the hotel, just my stay in general.

Nice hotel. Subway stations just a few minutes of walk. But our room is very noisy because it is next to two elevators.

The hotel itself was decent. The exterior sidewalks and area is dirty and kind of sketchy.

Good clean peoperty apart from stains on room carpet also a bit of construction going on around the area atm with side roads being blocked off daily by workers also regarding the room shame the curtains are not alined corectly on the corner suit we had a good foot gap between running rails which meant the light come blasting in first thing from sun up if it was out coming from the side gap directly on to the left side of the bed and on to the the sofa bed which was in use for this stay the sofa bed was also fixed in to the floor so it cant even be moved out the light perhaps not an issue to a lot of folks but it was for us. apart from that free coffee in lounge good wi fi staff where profesional at all times 2 subway lines within 3 mins

I stayed at the World Center Hotel for 6 days with my family, we were very happy with our room it had everything we need, bed was very comfortable and everything looks new, we had a suite that includes a small kitchenette. Staff was always nice and helpful, On a rainy day they even gave us umbrellas. I would definitely stay again at the WCH. Location is good is close to several subway stations. The view is amazing.

The customer service and assistance provided to the residents were poor. When we arrived at the hotel after renting a car from the airport, we needed parking for the duration of our vacation. The receptionist, who unfortunately I couldn't learn the name of, told us we could use a parking facility across the street. She mentioned that with scanning the barcode, we could reserve a spot and park our car there for a daily fee of $40. However, she failed to mention that this parking was not operated by the hotel, and it was intended for long-term parking with no in-and-out privileges. I paid $212 in advance for 5 days of parking. We parked our car there, but the next day, when we attempted to leave, a staff member informed us that if we exited, we couldn't re-enter without breaking the lease, resulting in the loss of all my money. Additionally, I was forced to pay double for parking each day because I had rented a car with my flight. When I returned to speak with the receptionist, she dismissively claimed it wasn't her problem, stating that I hadn't asked her for more information. However, as a first-time visitor to New York, it was difficult for me to know what questions to ask. Her attitude was very rude. Overall, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The lack of attention to cleaning the rooms was evident, and amenities such as the door lock and hair dryer were broken.

Loved the convenience of being within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Very safe area. Loved free coffee along with sparking water and hot tea. Room was clean and a nice size. Unfortunately our mattress in room 623 had a dip in the center.

If all you need is a clean bed and a convenient location for a project and around the Convene building, this is a good place to stay. But if small spaces get to you, the elevators and the size of the room might cause you to think but find a different place to stay.
