Great location! So convenient when it comes to the subway being just a few feet from the hotel entrance. Lots of restaurants around the area, since it's Koreatown. Only thing we didn't like was the bum that was lying down between the subway station and the hotel. He was there for at least 4 out of the 7 days during our stay. But he didn't bother anyone and kept to himself.
The hotel is a way from Times Square where it can get overwhelming and crowded. But if you wanted to see it, you can walk there. As for the cafe/restaurant on site, we didn't try it out as there are so many other options in the neighborhood and you can always take the subway to another area.
The room was clean and big enough for the two of us. We loved that they provided a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Our friends who stayed at a boutique hotel did not have a microwave or coffee maker! The elevators were fast and efficient. Did not have any problems with too many people or having a line for the elevator like our friends who stayed at the boutique hotel. There was a 15-20 minute on one day with 50 people standing in line! So glad we stayed at the Hilton!
